Dear Lynne, Providing clean, comfortable and convenient accommodations is always our primary goal, so we were saddened to hear your recent visit didn't meet your expectations. We've passed along your feedback to our housekeeping team so they can quickly investigate and address any possible concerns with your room. It's also unfortunate to learn of any perceived rudeness you experienced during your visit, as this is not the standard we strive to set, and we'll be discussing your thoughts with the team. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we wish you safe and happy travels along your way.

The lobby and the staff were nice enough but this hotel is in need of some updating as its furnishings and flooring are worn. Our room which was upgraded because the original room's swipe card entry lock did not work was a suite. The suite was sizable, but the furnishing were

I have stayed at the Red Lion a few times and it started out ok. The last time I attempted to check in, my room was given away to hockey fans although I had a reservation. The front desk clerk an african american woman was very nasty and had major attitude. Just because there

Short walk to Enterprise Center! Convenient. Room was huge. It was quiet - except for some road noise. Great parking. Room is worn...carpet stains, dingy furniture. Room was dimly lit and unable to open blackout shades as the pull sticks either missing or unable to move

Dear Audra, Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. We are happy certain things were favorable, and that you had a pleasant time overall. It is great you were satisfied with your room size, the available parking, and our convenient location. We hope the noise from the street didn't prevent you from getting a good night's sleep. Hearing your view about the furniture and carpet is helpful, as it's beneficial to know what works in our hotel and what could use improvement. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience you felt because of the missing television remote control in your room. The next time you come to our town, please consider coming back to Red Lion Hotel St. Louis City Center.

Possibly four blocks. Savis center is just two. Hotels are closer to Busch stadium but they will also cost you more.

It was $17 when we visited a couple of weeks ago so I imagine it is the same. The parking lot seemed perfectly safe, they have a lot of staff on at the ground floor so safer than anywhere else I imagine. Just make sure you get your ticket stamped when you leave to show that you've paid in the hotel otherwise they won't let you out or will try to charge you an additional $5 just to open the barriers. The overnight parking expires at 5pm the following day, or it did for us, so I would check what time you need to leave the car park when you check out.
