Cheap rates made the hotel look appealing but hotel was full of sketchy people. Parking is $30/day, lot attendant never mentioned how much the parking was. Most everything was closed near by because of COVID. Not worth staying there at the price, no value.

We recently stayed at the Westin next to Busch Stadium and had a great stay. The location is perfect for accessing downtown. You can also instantly get on 64W. Staff was friendly and the rooms were a good size. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Room fridge and phone were broken. Overpriced food. Hotel was Crowded and not COVID- safe. AND, to top it off, our car's window was smashed in, in the lot directly across the street (along with 6-7 other cars). If you decide to stay here, pay the $30 for the hotel's parking.

Dear sebastianr17, First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you had during your time with us. Please know that what you describe here is not the level of service expected of our employees and our product. I understand from our front desk team and your comments above that you parked in the "Non-Westin" Thank you for calling it out that future guests should park in our hotel lot. I have address your comment with our Front Desk team along with Engineering regarding the fridge and phone which have been fixed. Our goal is to always provide great service that will make you want to return again and again. We hope that you will give us another try and let us prove this to you during your next trip to St. Louis. Ryan B. General Manager

Let me first by saying Tydel and William has by far the best customer service! I was excited about staying here but that quickly changed. Due to Covid I do understand that the rooms aren’t being serviced but if there’s a sealed sticker on the door that says this room has been cleaned that’s what I expect. However that’s not what we got! The linen was stained and our beds looked as if they had been slept in. They did send housekeeping once we left for the day to clean and change linen. We traveled as group and my cousins experienced issues as well. The coffee pot displayed a cleaned sticker. The coffee pot however was not cleaned and had some type of larvae in top of it. So please people check the coffee pots before use. Minus the negative stuff it’s a nice hotel and we did eat breakfast which was good as well. It’s just a disappointment to receive this type of service from such a nice hotel. Busch stadium was right across the street which was very convenient along with a bar in walking distance. But Westin y’all have to do better!

The air conditioner in the room is out of order and only warm, weak air is coming out. I stayed there for 3 nights, but they couldn't fix it, and when I sent a message via chat on the mobile app, they didn't reply for 13 hours...... As a final solution, the hotel's front desk offered to bring me a sanitized fan, but they mistakenly left it in front of another room..... Eventually a "sanitized" fan arrived in the room, but it was so dirty. I thought about requesting a new one, but since I couldn't expect any more service from this hotel, I gave up and didn't use it. I ended up sleeping in a sweat.
