Community oriented customer service was quickly and efficiently evident in the Restraunt hostess and especially front desk Associate, Caren and Security staff member Chandler. I was not a direct customer, rather was in building's theatre to see Oppenheimer. In getting back to car, I realized my cell phone was missing. Retracing my steps I most likely left it in a hotel lobby public estroom. When I presented my dilemna, Caren called security immediately, empathized with me and Chandler promptly presented me with my found phone. Well done. Your concern and compassion was greatly appreciated! Many years ago- 45- hubby and I spent our honeymoon at the Chase Park Plaza. Your stellar staff certainly carries on that legacy of trust, honesty, service and integrity! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed for one night to attend a friend’s wedding hosted by the hotel. Everything turned out very nice. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit St. Louis in the future.

My stay started out poorly. I had requested early check in, and I was told to call the morning of the check in date to see if it was an option. I followed the prompts, and I was told that I could check in by 10 AM. I arrived at noon, and when checking in, I was told my room was not ready, because check in was later in the afternoon. I explained that I had called as directed earlier that day, and I was informed that I must have spoken to someone in the national office who did not communicate this to the local hotel. Understandably, I was extremely irritated, though I remained polite but firm that the hotel should correct their error. The person who was checking me in was new, and she requested that Jalisa assist in the situation. Jalisa had EXCELLENT customer service skills. She was very polite, efficient, and friendly. She made sure the room was ready within an hour and waived the early check in fee. She was clearly experienced in handling a difficult situation. She exhibited some of the best customer service I have witnessed, and she is clearly a great asset to the Chase Park Plaza. The rest of the stay and the facilities were excellent. I look forward to staying there again.…

Nice, clean hotel in a good central west end location. Very large, with insufficient elevator coverage. We had been upgraded to a suite with a kitchen, which was comically unequipped, with a few dishes, 2 spoons (no other utensils), no dish soap, no paper towel, and a few small pots and pans, but no cooking utensils. We didn’t really need to use it, but why bother with a kitchen if you’re not going to equip it? It was quite warm, and during the day the AC worked well, but at night it seemed they cut back centrally and the room was uncomfortably warm. Room was quiet. Seems like with a little common sense it could be really nice, but the place seems to be living on its laurels a bit too much.

We appreciate you shining a light on the efforts of our housekeeping team, especially as Housekeeping Week, a favorite time of the year for us, is just days away. While we are pleased to find that the upgraded room was well enjoyed, we apologize for any disappointment in the fixtures offered in the kitchen. As your comments have started to suggest, we do equip the kitchen with a few of the basics such as spoons and dishes, while other items are available to be delivered upon request. As you can likely appreciate, our housekeeping team needs to clean every item within the kitchen whether it looks used or not, so from an environmental perspective, we equip the kitchens with the most common necessities and make the rest available upon request. It is a good hotel. We came here for our anniversary, and Cynthia McGovern made it so special. Thank you, I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need, from a comfortable bed to a spacious room. The hotel's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. The level of service was good, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk team. A1 we loved our stay from pulling up to valet to check in to bell service to the pool to the stake at the tenderloin room. It was a freaking phenomenal stay look forward to our return visit. The pool was amazing as was everything else.

This hotel is in a nice location and beautifully appointed. I especially appreciated Deion G at the front desk who helped me connect two disjointed reservations so that I didn't need to change rooms mid-stay. The front desk staff is friendly, which was welcome after a day of difficult travel.
