Sister and I stayed two days and two nights in this enchanted, and enchanting, two-story cottage for a reunion with 2 St. Louis cousins. From beginning to end of our stay the 4 of us continued to be surprised and delighted by the many beauties, comforts and charms of this wonder-filled urban retreat in the heart of one of the...

I loved this place! Very comfortable house in a good location between the Arch and Forest Park. The owner, Karen did a great job at making us feel at home. She was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed. Great attention to detail. We loved the hot tub and the gooey butterless...

We stayed at Elves Manor while visiting our daughter in St. Louis. The property is in the Central West End district, nearby to the Washington University Medical Center and Forest Park. Parking is on a limited access street in a great neighborhood; a nice entry through a manicured garden takes you to the backyard cottage. It is a delight, with...

I have stayed at Elves Manor twice, in March 2014 and in 2011. I love the house, the hosts, the food, the location. It was cool in March, and we used the hot-tub and fireplace. Very soothing. Everything works and is well maintained. Karen could not be nicer, her food offerings are wonderful, the house is filled with thriving plants...

We spent out 34th anniversary here and loved it! The selection of organic snacks and breakfast items was great. Highly recommend the Not-Gooey Butter Cake and Karen's spinach quiche. So quiet and comfortable we hated to leave the house but there is so much to do in the area. The Central West End is convenient to most attractions in St...

We'd love to keep it a secret, but this is the best place to stay in the city. Period. We have stayed all over town and nobody has a more wonderful space and location. So well done you'll want to stay an extra day... Or ten.
