Pleasant experience - comfortable bed, clean room, great food, very professional, friendly and accommodating staff. The hostess in the Red Kitchen (short hair with glasses, sorry I can't remember her name) greeted us so warmly and friendly every morning when we came down at 6:00am for breakfast getting our stay each day off to a good start!

Although the hotel needs some cosmetic updates, the level of customer service that you receive at all levels is superb! From check in to room service to housekeeping to check out you are treated extremely well! The restaurant staff is equally super!

College roommate reunion and we had the most fabulous room (facing the arch) and the most fabulous time. The Hyatt staff was accommodating and caring. We had one issue with noisy neighbors that was handled promptly by Hyatt Security. The bars and restaurants are great and the service staff friendly and helpful. Will most certainly go back!!!

We had a fantastic time at Hyatt Regency at the Arch. We had planned on going in November for our 40th Anniversary, but had to cancel due to illness. We finally made it Memorial Day weekend, and Andrea, the concierge who helped us, made our stay a wonderful and memorable one exceeding all our expectations. We plan to return to... More

Traveled here for business and was happy with the venue and the amenities in general. The location is great, right by the arch and only 3 blocks from the baseball park. Servcice was friendly and check in was quick. Ruth's Chris steakhouse downstairs which was fantastic. Also has a starbucks and other restaurant options in the building. The room, here... More

Passing through on way to Tulsa. Hyatt staff amazing. Hooked us up with a room on the 16 th floor with a spectacular view. We then took in a game at Busch Stadium a short walk from the hotel. Staff suggested Broadway Oyster Bar for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it....who would've thought of shellfish in Missouri? Would stay there... More

The customer service and my hotel stay was good. My only complaint was the parking fee for$32. You had to have your car valeted or park 2 blocks away. Not safe for a single lady in a parking garage and then to walk downtown St.Louis at night.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Regency hotel as well as staying in St. Louis. I could not be more pleased with my hotel room. The room was very spacious and clean. I also appreciated the level of noise control. With my stay being over a holiday weekend I expected to encounter lots of noise. I had... More

Our experience was fine until we attempted to get our car out of valet. For $32 a night, I should be able to get my car. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to finally pull it around. I do not expect this from a good, higher priced hotel. It would have been easier to park in East St.... More

We visit St. Louis several times each summer to attend Cardinal baseball games. We have stayed in many different downtown hotels, usually based on room rate, distance to the ballpark (must be able to walk) and to compare and find our favorite. I don't think I will stay at this one again. The hotel lobby was lovely and seemingly up... More
