Have been here twice, both times more than pleased with the entire experience! We will be back! From the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone is a pleasure. The only downfall is the price of Valet, but that is easily overlooked when factoring in all.

I stayed here one night for a friend's wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was well designed and very clean. I had a special rate for the event, but even so, this location was well worth the money.

Location is awesome. You can look out a window and see the arch. That's cool. Previous reviewers are accurate with dated feeling, poor housekeeping, and small beds. Staff seemed to be friendly and attentive. No need to do the valet parking unless you're just lazy or it's a really big weekend for the hotel. Would be great for baseball as... More

Negatives: parking is not free and depends on the time of the day you may not find parking at the Hotel. It cost me $26 a day to park at the Hotel!. I stayed 6 days.... No complementary breakfast. They offer buffet style, which cost about $16+ per person, kids or cheaper or free depends on age. Staffs appears to... More

Check in was fast and smooth, the room was immaculate as usual, the beds are the best of anywhere I've ever stayed and I had an Arch view room, so it was really spectacular. As always, a great all around stay. Top recommendation!

This hotel has a nice location right in front of the Arch and Mississippi River. It is also a very short walk to Busch Stadium. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I only can speak on my own experience.... My room was on the 10th floor. Double beds, Basic cable, small refrigerator, flat screen TV, coffee maker, no microwave, room appears clean, bathroom looks slightly up to date with minor defect on the door, toilet doesn't flush with a hard flush. Beds, sheets , pillows were comfortable. There are freeways in... More

A couple of glitches but not the norm for Hyatt, we would give it another try. The majority of the staff was kind and professional. The first time we had experienced negative interaction with the front desk. Not the first time Ruth Chris failed in customer service. Some of the hostesses are extemely rude. Sorry

The panoramic view of the Arch was exceptional. The location of the hotel nestled into downtown surroundings was quiet convenient to experience local businesses. The open space lay out of the hotel made it easy to see bars & restaurants for guests.
