Great value. Free breakfast and supper, even with Covid restrictions in place. Food was better than fast food and healthier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and 4 pillows per bed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Free drinks in the evening. A hot breakfast, even during pandemic times. The hotel seems to be doing its best to keep guests safe from COVID, which we appreciated. The shower was great, and the room was quiet. I had hoped that "Forest Park" meant I'd be able to walk in the park in the morning, but it's not that close. It is a five-minute drive to the Hill and its great Italian restaurants. It was a touch expensive for what it is, but we enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here while in town to help out as a nurse during the recent Pandemic. The hotel was very nice and the bed was super soft and comfortable. And, after working a long 12 hour shift, having a super comfortable bed was a blessing. Shower had lots of hot water and great pressure and the room was nice and clean and quiet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in town for something more fun, like a vacation.

First I called to make a reservation since I was on the road. The person taking my information told me that they were completely booked. I go online and had no problem whatsoever finding a room! The person working the lobby was HORRIBLE! I arrived late 12:00 am. I have done this before and knew I would be required to call to enter. I called and waited for an hour before another guest finally entered with their key card and I followed them in. I waited at the lobby for an additional 20 minutes with no person in site. Not only is this a HUGE security risk, especially in times like these but it is also very unprofessional. I attempted to call the main Drury phone number to see if there was a way for them to reach the local people that I was unaware of. Finally this ragged person came from the back and asked me what I wanted. I was furious but kept calm stating that I had a reservation. She was VERY rude and unapologetic to say the least! I have stayed here many times and expected a difference with the quarantine but not to this degree. I made it to my room on the fifth floor. (the parking lot was nearly empty as well as the garage so I am sure the motel was nearly empty! I never saw another guest other than the two that I followed in) I step off of the elevator and am greeted by a group of Drury staff having a party. The party of screaming and running and slamming doors lasted until 4:00 am. I called the front desk several times with no answer, EVER! My bed was made but there were no sheets!!! Just a comforter on the bed. I slept on top of the comforter! I called to complain but you guessed it NO ANSWER!!! I made up my mind that the lobby staff would hear about this the next day but when I went to check out, once again, NO STAFF! I called, I shouted, and after 15 minutes just deposited my key card in the return bin and left! I expect a full refund and an apology to say the least!

Quiet, clean rooms; good food, sensational staff (special thanks to Brandon and Liz . . . had I not retired, I would have offered them both jobs in my prior business). The only small downsize might be that the entrance and exit street to the hotel is kind of tricky. Keep up the good work, Drury Inn!
