This was our first getaway without all 3 of our kids since our 10 month old twins were born and it was well worth it! Conrad & Dixie are great hosts & Dixie's breakfasts are mouth-wateringly good. Rooms are so comfortable and the back patio/garden was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Amazingly great weather...

This home is kept to a standard of cleanliness which exceeds even that of many high-quality, expensive hotels. Because a lack of cleanliness in most hotels and B&Bs keeps me from traveling as much as I would like, I am delighted when I find a place that is so nicely maintained. In addition, the furnishings and decor are lovely (not...

We wanted a quiet vacation to spend some time together. Yates House was perfect, as were Dixie and Conrad. Food was incredible; room was beautiful. Watching the sunset during dinner at the Winery was spectacular and it is an easy trip from Rocheport to Columbia for additional evening activities. Riding on the Katy Trial was nice, but riding on the...

My partner and I spent an amazing 3 days at this B+B. The accommodations and food were superb. We had the Katy Room which was large, sunny, meticulously clean, with a jet tub, HD-TV-with-cable, DVD player with large library. Mattress/sheets/bedding luxurious. The meals were PHENOMENAL. The most original breakfast menus I've ever seen. Dixie is a genius in the kitchen....

My wife and I reserved the Garden House Suite for our anniversary weekend. The accommodations were excellent - very comfortable and well appointed. Conrad's and Dixie's attention to detail in setting up the Yates House, their pleasant and inviting approach in treatment of their guests and Dixie's fantastic cooking (her crème brulee French toast is amazing) made our weekend very...

We'd stayed at the Yates House for our 12th wedding anniversary. My wife booked the Garden House suite. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable, spacious suite. I took the cooking class with Dixie, while my wife lounged around the room. Truly relaxing. We had two delicious dinners with the cooking class and breakfast (using Dixie's recipies) was sumptuous! We also had...

Stayed once before several years ago, and had a great time. My girl friend had mentioned wanting to take a cooking class together sometime - well I was trying to think of a Valentine's trip and remembered Dixie offered cooking classes. Great Idea, Valentine's weekend get-away and a cooking class. Dixie and Conrad were great. The class was fun. Food...

We stayed in the Garden Suite, overlooking a beautiful patio. The suite was large, immaculately clean, large bath, luxurious sheets, all the comforts of home and more. Breakfast was first class, homemade and plentiful. Fresh coffee just outside our door at 7:00 a.m. We participated in Dixie's cooking class and had a great time. She had all the ingredients and...
