My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay with Dixie and Conrad. The premises were spotless, the hosts beyond pleasant and the breakfast was so delicious that we'll be talking about it for months to come. Rocheport is a terrific spot to catch the Katy Trail and the Yates House really complements any visit to the area.

A friend referred me to Rocheport as a beautiful place to stay on the KATY trail. Wow! He was so right, and the Yates House was a real highlight. The house is immaculate, Conrad and Dixie are the warmest of hosts, the rooms are cozy, charming and luxurious, and the breakfasts are delicious. We enjoyed the trail, and the cool...

Our stay at Yates House was a superior experience in just about every way. Conrad welcomed us with a tour of the inn and was very helpful getting us all set up. The suite was clean, spacious, and decorated pleasantly. The grounds are quite lovely, particularly the garden/patio in the back. The perfect October weather pulled us out there for...

Absolutely wonderful. As soon as we arrived all of our needs were met. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The inn is just a few blocks from the Katy Trail. Book here if you are looking for a place to stay while riding. Secure bike storage was also provided.

Yates House was recommended to us by friends, and it did not disappoint! We stayed in the Garden House Suite, which was very roomy and nice, well worth the price for our short stay. Breakfasts by Dixie were unbelievably good! Who has ever had creme brulee french toast? A first for me, and extremely tasty! And that was just the...

We stayed at Yates House for our family reunion. Our three children and their families stayed in the annex which was perfect and we stayed in the Valentine room in the main building. All the rooms are so tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need even chocolates and unlimited cookies. Conrad and Dixie are gracious hosts- so kind and...

We have been to the Yates House multiple times and stayed in several different rooms. We keep returning for many reasons not the least of which is how welcoming everyone always is each and every time. The Katy Trail is a block away and we often take our bikes. The Innkeepers are so nice to store our bikes for us....

We have stayed at the Yates House many times. It is in an ideal location for biking or walking the Katy Trail. Dixie and Conrad are the most congenial innkeepers and their beautiful home is the center for many lively conversations. The outdoor garden and patio area is such a welcoming place to have a glass of wine or coffee...

Yates House is located a few steps from the most beautiful pieces of the Katy Trail. The town of Rocheport is small and enjoys its visitors. Everything (antique and unique shops, general store, ABIGAIL'S restaurant, sandwichs) is walking, or cycling distance. Les Borgeous Winery is up the hill, and night life is east on the highway. Dixie and Conrad host...

Rocheport is an adorable cozy town and Yates House is where we have enjoyed staying each time we have been there. From the time we check in with such a warm welcome to the time we check out we felt completely relaxed as if we had somehow gone back in time to a time where it's a slower pace and...
