We love the restaurants, the hiking trails, the golf. Definitely will return. The boats at the marina are fabulous. Our cabin was quaint and modern. Each cabin has a view of the lake and the beautiful foliage. Armie's Barn was our favorite gathering place.

Big Cedar Lodge is an absolutely beautiful place! We stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary in one of their cabins. It was absolutely beautiful and the cabins were extremely nice! Our cabin had a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a barbecue grill, a coffee maker, and plenty of cups and cooking utensils! The cabins are on the opposite side of... More

My husband and I stayed here for our 3rd anniversary and It was more than spectacular!! You don't need to leave the resort to do a thing!! They even surprised us with a basket of goodies congratulating us on another year of happy marriage! I can't say enough about this resort. The restaurants, the golf, the VIEWS from your room,... I could spend the rest of my life lounging by the infinity pool looking out over the lake. Breathtaking view. The rooms are also modern, decorated well, and always clean. The hot tubs are also amazing as well as the lazy river. No need to even leave the resort - everything from restaurants to boat rental to fishing to relaxation... More

Been going to Big Cedar for almost 20 years. Never had a bad stay yet! The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. They are kept updated and are equipped with all the amenities you need. The staff are very personable, helpful and hardworking. Oh and yes the restaurants on site are simply the best. Never had a bad meal.... More

We did not stay here (but plan to in the future) but had dinner on the patio at the Buffalo Bar. Open seating and we got a table for 10 with no problem. Fantastic views of Table Rock Lake and the hills. Food was good and the ambience could not have been better.

We stayed in one of their new "Lakeside Cottages" in early August. The Cottage is clean, comfortable, well designed and very nicely decorated. I love sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sunset. This is a really nice place just a short walk down to the lake which is clean and not over-run like Lake of the... More

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Big Cedar. We stayed in one of the new Bass Pro cabins. We paid $400 per night for the cabin. There were pluses and minuses to the 2 bedroom cabin. Pluses include: high end updates throughout the cabin. Stainless appliances, comfortable furnishings, large porches with ample seating. Minuses include: tiny bedrooms... More

We were at extended modern family of 12 and three cottages and had a great time together. The accommodations are lovely and well-maintained and there are so many activities: swimming pool's, shuffleboard, beach, miniature golf, etc. that we were constantly entertained. And you don't have to drive. Two minutes after a call a shuttle picks you up to take you... More

I visit Big Cedar often, but usually a conference related trip. This time was just for my 7-year old granddaughter and I to have a "girls weekend." It was perfect. So many pools and activities, so little time. We were both thoroughly entertained. The accommodations were what you would expect of a lodge, a little rustic (although partly staged), but... More
