Awesome weekend. The hostess Sue was so nice and knowledgeable, helping with directions to vacation interests. The breakfasts were beautiful and so delicious. Lots of food. Sure didn’t walk away hungry. Such a relaxing stay and plan on going back. Thanks Sue for everything and all you did to make the stay awesome!!!
We stayed at the Inn for 4 days /3 nights. It was wonderful. The inn is nestled in the woods away from the people and noise. It is clean, beds are comfortable, the inn both inside and out is attractive. Sue is a friendly and gracious hostess. The breakfasts are top notch. There are attractive and comfortable public areas. A;ways plenty of great coffee. Ask Sue for her coffee secret ingredient. We really enjoyed our stay.
This was our 3rd time staying and it never disappoints. Wonderful weather, we enjoyed the gazebo with a nice fan to keep us cool and enjoyed the quit time together. We stayed in Uncle Bill's room, large, spacious and wonderful outside hottub. Went down to dock and in mid September got to sun bathe, and take a dip. The breakfast you cannot describe 5 star all the way. Sue makes you feel like part of the family. Will he back again
We decided to take an anniversary trip to Lake of the Orzarks in July and decided on a B&B after reading the amazing review of the Inn at Harbour Ridge and the not so great reviews of local hotels. We had never stayed at a B&B before so we were a little apprehensive about it, after all B&Bs are for old people right? Gosh were we wrong! We're in our early 40s and were the youngest of the 3 couples staying there. I felt like we have privacy, but yet really enjoyed talking with Innkeeper Sue and the other couples at breakfast. Sue emailed us plenty of info about the area, answered all my questions, and make dinner reservations for us (with tables that had awesome views). She explained how things worked in our room & at the B&B and we also found written directions in the room. We stayed in Uncle Bill's place & really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, swing & table...perfect for morning coffee. The room also had a nice jetted tub inside. Of note, there's no stand up shower, rather a shower head attachment to the tub (which worked out great for me, but might not be so nice for an elderly person). Sue made super delicious breakfast & was so kind to pack us a to-go breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early. Lots of other plusses included cookies & chocolates in the room, M&Ms, popcorn, ice cream treats, pop & other beverages in the shared area. Coffee was left outside our room in the morning & had a yummy cinnamon flavoring. Sue also has a paddleboat at the dock just down the road for guests to use. We didn't try it as it was pretty hot. The only negative thing for me was that our bed was really soft (foam topper on mattress) and I felt like I was sinking in too much for my liking. That beings said, everything else was amazing and I'd definitely return. Thank you Sue for making our anniversary trip so special!…
Sue was so accommodating. My wife injured her ankle while on vacation and Sue let us change rooms to eliminate any stairs The inn is beautiful and the service great. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
