I would like to find something nice to say about this hotel, but unfortunately cannot. The rooms are very dated, and the hotel (other than some of the common areas on the lobby level) is very tired as well. My experience went downhill from the moment I checked in. Upon check-in, I was offered a room on the first floor, which I declined to the level of noise. I was given a room on the 3rd floor (301); unfortunately I was not told that it was the room directly behind the elevator shafts. After arriving at the room, and only being in there about 5 minutes, I returned to the front desk for a new room. The rooms ending in 1 (301, 401, etc.) are right behind the elevator shafts and the noise is horrendous; it sounds like a roller coaster coming through walls every few minutes. I was finally assigned to a different room on the 8th floor (804), which overlooks the parking lot & highway. Upon immediately entering the room I was met with a horrendous stench that can only be described as a combination of body odor and urine. The stench was unbearable. I ended up having to go to the store and get a can of Febreeze, which I had to spray the entire can to even somewhat mask the stench. Upon further inspecting the room, I noticed that the bed spread torn and tattered, with several holes and stains throughout. The blanket in between that and the sheets was also heavily stained a brownish/red tint all over it. There was also mold growing in the sink in the bathroom. The window did not fully close, and you can clearly see daylight outside through a large crack at the bottom. This allows the sound from the highway to come through, as well as the howling of the wind. You can also hear the noise from the band at the club down below, including the loud thumping of the bass, making it extremely loud, and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Multiple co-workers also check in at the same time as I did, and also had cleanliness issues. This includes a co-worker who was checked into room 406, which she was told was ready to occupy. Upon entering the room, she realized, to her horror, that the room had very clearly not been touched since last being occupied. There was trash thought it the room, vomit all over the bathroom floor and toilet, the bed linens were all disheveled, and there was both a (clearly) used condom, as well as a towel next to it with what appeared to be bodily fluids all over it. She immediately went back down to the front desk to request a different room. Although she was offered a new room, the front desk staff were very non-challenged about the discovery, and didn’t seem concerned at all. Fast forward 8 hours later in the evening when another of our co-workers checked in. To our surprise, they checked him into the very same room (406), and did not touch it in between! The room was in the same exact horrendous condition, as the previous co-worker had found it. How on earth does this happen? Last night a few co-workers and I were sitting in the lobby, and to our horror, shortly after sitting down, several cockroaches ran across our table. We immediately left in disgust, and did not return. As we got up from the table to leave, we were stopped by a police officer coming through the door, and noticed a large police presence in the parking lot. He informed us hat several vehicles had just been broken into in the parking lot, and requested that if we had a car we go out and check it immediately. As this was occurring, a young couple walked in and were about to check-in, but as soon as they overheard what was going on immediately left to go to another hotel. The hotel also advertises both laundry and dry cleaning services, but we were told that neither actually exists. I will never stay here again, and I would highly suggest other travelers avoid it; you can find much nicer accommodations that are cheaper and more comfortable than this place.

We spent three nights here on the Fourth of July weekend. The desk clerk, a kind man, gave us local dining information which proved helpful. The Friday night room on the ninth floor was nice. The Saturday morning breakfast consisted of juice, yogurt, juice bottles, packaged muffins, and coffee. We ate the offerings and ate out for the other two mornings. The busy lady at the desk moved us to a handicapped room on the second floor. The room's wall is next to the shaft of the three elevators. The room's white noise machine buffered the noise of the busy Saturday night elevator traffic. The shower and handicapped facilities met my needs. My two showers were accomplished well. My wife found a parking spot close to the hotel on Sunday night. Friday and Saturday nights parking spots were busy with Fourth of July revelers

Accidentally booked the wrong date and they can’t be changed or refunded. $370 for two rooms that I’ll never use. Contacted them and they say that they can’t refund because I booked through Expedia...but they already have their money.

I stayed one night at the Sheraton due to wanting somewhere to sleep after a night out. My experience there was fine but the hotel for sure is nothing to be excited about. However it's good enough if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night. Room wise it was a bit worn, but clean. Which is the most important thing in my opinion. However in the bathroom the mirror was broken around the edges and a burn mark was on the wall, some of the wallpaper in the room also was separating. So that's what I mean by worn / tried. So they need to go through each room and fix up some of the little things. I also wish the place had walk in showers as I have a thing against tiny tubs with curtains. But that's personal preference of course (just a warning). I don't want to nitpick all of the small things but figured I would mention them. Bed wise it was comfortable, the pillows as well. I also didn't hear much noise, even though I was next to the ice machine. The A/C worked great and there was a little balcony. So if you need a close place to stay near the bars, it's fine although I do feel like it's a bit expensive for what it is. I think with tax it came out around 170. But if you plan on drinking and need a place to spend the night it works.

Not very clean. Found food under bed used band aid by pool. Old towels laying around pool area as well as empty beverage containers. Weird noise coming from air vent that kept us awake. I won't go to Sheraton anymore
