We so very much enjoyed staying in the stone cabin at Boone Monument Village. The bed was cozy and we loved the whole experience so much that we stayed an extra night! The whole place is so historical and awesome and would definitely recommend. Bernard, the owner, is so gracious and took us all around and told us the history of everything. We loved every minute of it!!

We had the best weekend staying overnight in a Tipi at Boone Monument Village. The hospitality was wonderful, we ended up rescheduling our original trip last minute due to a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating. On arrival we were greeted by Bernardo, who was very welcoming and gave us a little informational tour of the grounds. He also recommended Lake Creek Winery, just up the hill for dinner and it was lovely. I would absolutely recommend for a romantic weekend, fun family trip, or group adventure.

This place blew our expectations out of the water. We thought we'd signed up for a cute cabin on a property that offered some seclusion and got so much more. The campfires, stars, and open spaces are more than anyone could ask for in an escape from 2020. On top of the property itself, its location is hard to beat. There is a walkable vineyard, Lake Creek Winery, that sits on a bluff just to the southeast, and Washington, MO is a 5 minute drive, offering great restaurants, small town shopping, and patio bars. The best part of all may have been Bernardo, the property owner. His infectious positive attitude set the tone for our stay. He even offered us a walk-thru of the main house, which he has meticulously refurbished to its 1800s function and style. We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Bernardo!

Beautiful property in the heart of the Katy Trail. This 221 year old property has been restored beautifully. The large property has a big house full of antique furniture, tents, cabins and a big lake.

What a great find for my 7 year old daughter and I to enjoy and explore together! We loved wandering the grounds, making s’mores in the fire pit, and the peacefulness and seclusion of our night in the teepee. Host was great, and ensured we were comfortable. Definitely recommend!
