We stayed for two nights and found the room to be very comfortable with all the upscale amenities of a fine B and B. The breakfast in the bakery was delicious and service was perfect. All rooms are upstairs at least one level so that might be an issue for some. Our room faced the main street and was extremely... More

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Stayed for 10 weeks while working in the town. Very accommodating and felt like a family away from home while I was there. One of my favorite parts about my time in Louisiana, MO was staying at this establishment.

Great bed and breakfast, nice room great finishes and furniture. TV in room was a little small but had good reception and sound. Wireless internet was flawless and even worked when at the bakery for breakfast. My room was on the back overlooking the Mexican restaurant patio which I thought might be a problem but wasn't since they closed early.... More

Nice inn on the Mississippi. The room was decorated nicely, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy as well. However, we had brick walls in our room and some of the mortar was coming down. And we had a room on the side with the street, which was a bit loud at times when motorcycles went by or the... More

The Inn was as advertised, charming, unique and beautiful. Our rooms were spotless. The staff that we encountered could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our breakfast was special and delicious. Family had stayed before and highly recommended it to us. We would also recommend staying anytime you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This inn was nearly perfect. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning at the bakery next door was fantastic. Pretty much what I expected from a small town B&B. However, our room was on Georgia street and the street noises were far too loud. Everyone in Louisiana seems... More

I stayed at The Eagle's Next Bed and Breakfast Inn, room #4 for a business trip. Great and cozy room that brings you back to the style of 18th century. The owner is also an outstanding artist/painter that has a wine shop next door. You can see a variety of his framed arts displayed in each room. I've stayed on... More

I don't recall my room number but I was at the corner of Georgia and another street. There were windows on two sides of the room. The ceilings were high. There was a queen bed and a twin bed in case you had a party larger than two. There was a very large jacuzzi tub. The snack area was well... More

Stayed at Eagle's Nest in Louisiana, MO. It was wonderful for one of the rooms. We stayed in Room #12 and it was perfect, spacious, great bed, wonderful easy chair, bathroom. Outside the room there was an area with snacks (popcorn to microwave, coffee, tea, pretzels, refrig with orange juice and yogurt. So nice and comforting, loved it. Took my... More

The Eagle's Nest is comfortable and affordable. It is appealing in every way... the room was large, with ample seating for relaxing. The beds were excellent for a quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was scrumptious and the kindness of the manager, Linda, and her staff, was welcoming. I highly recommend this B and B.
