We use to stay here a lot. Prolly 30 visits over the years & was by far my favorite hotel.. Past management started making charges to my credit card on multiple visits, I brought this to their attention on many visits & they did it anyway & most of the charges were never returned.. I informed them we would never...

Not the best hotel in the area but very convenient to the marina which is where we wanted to be. We have been down there a couple more times but stayed elsewhere. The Resort? I believe is under new ownership and they seem to be spending some money fixing it up. The room was clean and quiet. Pool etc closed....

This property is on the selling block and they don't mention it in their description. Out of 5 buildings only 1 was open for rooms......but they show the hotel as "sold out". The place was a ghost town. The restaurant and the lounge are permanently closed. The indoor pool and hot tub......closed. Outdoor pool was dirty. Grounds were overgrown. The...

I've stayed here before but this was the worst. Killed three roaches and a spider before I was in the room for an hour. Then saw a 6 inch long worm in the shower the next morning. Talked to check out to advise them and they said there was nothing they could do. Don't stay there unless you are an...

Check in went fine and I was even allowed to check in early. It sort of went downhill from there. First the pros: Coffee maker in room, sizable mini-fridge, hot water in shower, COLD AC. Cons: the beds were pretty uncomfortable even by hotel standards, towels were very rough (presumably to save initial cost and to prevent theft). There was...

We checked in early on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of September, hoping to use some of the amenities of the place. Who would ever think that they would close everything down in September. Found our room overlooking the pool and was covered up, plus the whirlpool was broken, and the restaurant/bar was closed. No fun afternoon after all....

I was in Lake of Ozarks for a conference, my company put me up here, thinking I's staying in nice resort. Dont let name or website fool you, and no one is giving me free meals to write this. It was not a good experience. My room was warm, even tho AC unit was working hard. There were spiders and...

WE stayed only one night Aug 1, 2015. Our room was dirty, blood on the floor in 2 places, walls were nasty, just generally gross. The grounds were full of trash, the pool had no clean towels. I spoke with the staff they told me that the hotel was bank owned I guess that is why they would not take...

While still charging a premium price for a room, there is little maintenance being done to this resort. Rooms are very dated, but clean. Staff is friendly, but amenities are lacking. Grounds are full of trash and in disrepair. Resort had financial problems and it appears that they are only doing minimum upkeep. Free "continental breakfast" was a small variety...

This was a beautiful resort in its day, but during our visit this weekend we found it pretty run down. The room was VERY dated but it was clean so I have no complaints about it. The grounds of the resort were very dirty. There was trash all over that looked like it had been sitting for weeks. The outdoor...
