Awful!! We reserved online and paid for the late checkout option at 3pm because we were going downtown and wouldn’t be back in time for regular checkout at 11am. I confirmed the late checkout during check-in and was told yes, no problem. Upon returning to checkout at 2:45pm we were informed that they didn’t have a late checkout option, they already checked us out, and we didn’t talk to him the night before. Thankfully we had removed all our personal items from the room otherwise I doubt we could’ve retrieved them! He said he wasn’t going to charge us for an additional day, and acted like he was doing me a favor when we had already made arrangements the night before. I don’t trust him, I will be watching my account! Very rude, not listening, talked down to me. I was pissed. The room was gross and didn’t match the pictures online. None of their security cameras work and their breakfast options were minimal. Will not be returning and will be warning others not to come here. Save yourself money and trouble and don’t come here.

Terrible. Would not recommend for anybody. Between the horrible cigarette smoke smell and dirty sheets to no smoke detector this place was very run down. Very disappointed with staff and felt dirty leaving.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would. This was by far the grosses hotel I’ve stayed in. We had a concert we were running late for, so we were not in the room long initially, however we did manage to notice the terrible musty smell and find more than one bug in the bathroom along with a toilet in terrible need of replacement, but we just needed a place to sleep so we brushed it off and left. We left for a concert and upon coming back, pulled the blankets to climb into bed and were even more disgusted. There were MULTIPLE long, black hairs on the pillows and under the comforter on the sheets (no one in our friend group has black hair). The sheets and pillow cases also had many stains and dirt marks (looked like makeup someone had slept in and then they just flipped the pillow over instead of washing it) all over them. We left and did not even stay in the hotel. Now that I am trying to get a refund for refusing to sleep in their dirty beds and room, they are trying to deny me a refund because I was there, left and then came back and didn’t initially voice an issue with the room. We were in the hotel room for maybe 20 minutes as we changed quick and went to the bathroom before leaving for the concert. They are claiming we had time to check the room then and come to them with issues if we had any. Why is it my job to inspect the room immediately upon arrival? Is a hotel not supposed to provide clean bedding and a clean room? The whole point of the hotel experience to is to a clean, comfortable, home away from home. This is what you expect when you book and it’s sad that this hotel makes it their customers problems for expecting this after providing a dirty room and having no remorse for it. Not once did they apologize for the room being dirty even after we proved to them it was not our imagination by showing them a couple of the many pictures we could’ve taken in that room. If it’s any tell to how bad it was, we ended up driving 4 hours home at 12:30 am instead of staying in the hotel. Someone needs to send a health inspector or someone into this hotel and get it shut down.

We needed a place to sleep in this area so we could attend a family function nearby. I searched online and made the reservation a couple weeks in advance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous. The continental breakfast was adequate and the coffee was very good and fresh. We didn't need anything fancy, just comfortable, and that it was. There is also a beautiful Catholic Church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, across the street, which was a major factor in choosing this motel, as we planned to go to Palm Sunday Mass this morning.

I am not hard to please when it comes to motels while traveling. However, this place does not meet even minimum standards. The staff I encountered was rude, it feels like entering a jail to even walk in - with all the "DO NOT" signs and the security doors - the overall property is very run-down, there were no bath towels, the TV did not work, breakfast was stale coffee and stale muffins with very chemical-tasting juice. Further, the area feels very unsafe. When I went to the coffee bar at about 6 AM, the attendant was putting on his shirt so I got the unpleasant view of his bare torso. When I asked for a receipt, I was told I did not need one because I had pre-paid online. I pointed out that they had required me to give them a credit card for "incidentals" (there were no "incidentals" to consume) and I wanted a receipt to show that my card had not been charged. The person at the desk was very combative and I still did not get the receipt so now we are watching our credit card account to make sure something was not charged without my knowledge. Overall, I would advise avoiding this place.
