I had a great time at Hotel Phillips; the wedding we attended was beautiful and the ambiance was great. Our room was gorgeous, clean and the service and hospitality was great cant wait for another reason to get away from home.

We had booked two nights but our flight was late and we ended up in the connection city for the first night. I called late but was graciously taken care of and not billed for the night we missed. Everyone was very kind and we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

The Hotel Phillips is a lovely place to stay. The staff is friendly and courteous. You will love the atmosphere and location. The Power & Light District is within walking distance. The rooms are okay. They are refurbished 1920's rooms, a bit cramped. The cleaning crew needs to work a little harder but we let management know. Lots of dust...everywhere....

Called and reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for 4 people. At check in we were given one room with 1 queen and 1 room with 1 king. Was told hotel was sold out and that was all that was available. Tried to just cancel and go elsewhere but was told we would still be charged because we were...

As soon as I walked into the room, I was quite disappointed. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned - the floor and sink were grimey. The shower curtain was stained. The ironing board was so dusty that it left a line of dirt on my dress for that evening. The room was small and so was the bed. We paid over...

I loved this hotel! The location is great and the rooms were elegant. It felt more like being at home than in a hotel. My only complaint would be parking. At $22.00 a night for concierge, it got a little pricey.

Stayed here one night a few weeks ago. Room was spacious, clean, and unique. When I checked in they gave me a box of chocolates, saved those for the kids (who loved them). Overall my stay was comfortable. Good location just a few blocks from the Power and Light. I would stay here again.

Excellent service, friendly staff and the rooms are extremely nice. I had an upset stomach one evening and one of the hotel staff got me a pack of tums and then later brought a sierra mist to my room. That was so thoughtful and the ultimate customer service.

This lovely 1931 Art Deco hotel has been beautifully restored, but she's not just a pretty face. The staff is beyond pleasant and extremely helpful. Ask for a restaurant recommendation and you might also get a discount card. There is a lovely wood paneled bar/lounge/restaurant down a short flight off the lobby. We dined elsewhere, but stopped by for late...

Easy walk from hotel to the Power and Light district and Sprint Center. Lots of great restaurants around within walking distance too. The hotel is nice on the inside lobby and has a great bar area. The rooms are average and show more signs that this is an older hotel. The price was a little higher than I think what...
