I must say we use to stay here a couple of times a year but have not since maybe 2019 Glad to be back but there was nothing exceptional about the room in fact the TV didn’t work BUT the young lady was phenomenal!!! She was busy and had one person whose prepaid company room and reservation was starting tomorrow not today but I was able to listen as she got that successfully worked out and with an unhappy man turning him into a happy man and wished him good rest I saw her handle another issue with the next person and get her successfully checked in as well (it was not a hotel issue) Then she came back to me. While we were unable to solve the fb issue it was not for a lack of trying. On hospitality and going above and beyond this young lady Kiara ranks 10 out of 10.

Do not stay here. We read some reviews but should have continued to read more. The front lady on duty last night was very rude and mean. Had we not already paid and very tired from our drive we would have left. She was yelling out right at the people in front of us. And then yelled at us because we had a dog. Even though they are allowed. Our door key didn’t work and when I went back down she made me wait because she was on a personal call. This lady actually scared me. Never again. Room was not clean and heater didn’t work. We didn’t want to hear her yell again so we just slept in the cold. Stay away

Stayed here in the past but WOW has it changed! Run down, loud, non customers in and out of the hotel. Police presence. Not safe!! No sleep. 3 am both nights people yelling, cars racing up and down the street, sirens. Very, very disappointing. Can’t get the $50 “hold” back so I wouldn’t let them charge that to your card.

The room was nice and our stay was great however once we checked out there was a large charge for “damages” which is a complete lie.... must be how we was able to get the room and a good rate.. they use bullsh!t excuses to charge extra DO NOT fall for their scam... also the clerk was on her phone cussing out someone while I waited to ask a question then continued on the phone while retrieving what I had asked for without a mask on for the whole time even when handing me the item

I booked a room in this hotel for a girls weekend. Neither the front desk person or the woman in and out of the office did not wear masks though Kansas City requires them in the midst of COVID. I arrived and waited for 20 minutes behind one person to check in. When I finally received my room assignment and key, the room was dirty. I returned to the check-in and reported this. I was escorted to a new room that was occupied. The reason this happened per the staff was that they had hired new cleaners who just started today and there was a glitch in their system. I request and received a refund and we went to a different hotel. SAVE YOURSELVES!!! DON’T STAY THERE!!!
