The only thing I have to like about this hotel is the guy and gal checking me in and out. Noisy hotel with paper thin walls. Next to interstate doesn't help (50 yards maybe). Breakfast was well stocked but packed and not enough seats for crowd. I didn't find an elevator so I don't know if there is one. Beds... More

We used the Choice.com booking engine and it somehow booked us at this hotel and at one in Kansas City, Kansas. We wanted the one in Kansas, more convenient to our plans to catch a Kansas City T-Bones game near Kansas Speedway before hitting the Royals the next day. What a hassle we had to go through to get the... More

As a Choice Privileges Diamond Elite member, I stay at Choice-branded properties frequently, of which Quality is one. In all of the years that I've been reviewing Choice properties, I believe this is the first time I've ever rated one "Terrible." But "Terrible" is the only way to describe it. I booked this motel using reward points, because it was... More

It's a no frills kind of place but honestly could have been much cheaper. The beds were comfortable enough but the shower lacked water pressure. The evening staff who checked us in was nice and friendly but the staff who checked us out could have been more accommodating. We missed breakfast by 5 minutes or so but we didn't plan... More

This was one of the worst hotels I have experienced and we are not picky people either. We paid $122/night for the one bedroom suite. This is not a bad price but it also wasn't a real suit either. It was two hotels rooms with an archway in between. The reason we usually reserve a suite is so we can... More

The wash basin was cracked, the exhaust fan did not work, the furniture was "antique", the ice machine was out of order, the smell in corridors was overwhelming but otherwise it was a good motel. The beds were fine and there were plenty of towels. The hot water was good too. Instead of $121 for the night it should have... More

I remember when that building was the Red (roach) Roof in. It has been fixed up and cleaned up since then. I wanted to go to the bar after I finally got there but it closed at 12 pm instead of one like the rest of the bars in Kansas. I also wanted breakfast in the morning but I went... More

I have no issues with "no frills" but this was simply horrible! * after getting 2 hands full of pet hair, I went to desk to get couch vacuumed. * nearest ice machine broken * terrible (and I mean REALLY BAD) smell in hallway, possibly fumigation of some kind. * hair, yes the short curly kind, in the shower -... First trip to KC for a weekend visit. Found hotel on a Saturday evening after looking for closest hotel for Sunday church service. Checked in late for one night and checked out early with no problems. Area is industrial and hotel was hard to locate. There's a Denny's and Subway nearby and also gas stations. Free breakfast was okay. Quiet... More

Breakfast was great nothing to complain about the food but having an employee standing in the dining area cackling to the person at the front desk got old quickly. They are thirty feet apart and holding a non stop conversation every morning we were there we seen one guy loose it and yell out shut the @&$@& up! But that... More
