Thank you for your feedback. We have responded to your inquiries on a very timely manner and have asked you to contact our Accounting Department with information whom to call so we can resolve the matter swiftly. We have also informed you that your bank will require you to be on the phone and as of today we haven’t heard from you nor your bank. We are unable to credit a charge if it’s non-existent in our system. It seems that this was a technology glitch which we could have resolved easily if you had given us the opportunity to be on the phone with you and your bank per our numerous communication exchange. In regards to your service experience, we certainly appreciate you letting us know as this is the first time you have brought this to our attention. If you can provide us more details as to when this occurred we will be happy to investigate and rectify the matter immediately as well as have our Department head address this with the appropriate staff. Disappointed and would not recommend. Bathroom was not clean and ceiling in the room looked as though dirt and dust had been sprayed on it. I also informed the front desk of the dirty bathroom and no effort was made to clean it.

Do the rooms have coffee makers?
They do have Kuriqs. I did not get to enjoy this luxury because I would rather have the real deal brewed in the lobby with a splash of Hazelnut Creamer. OMG!! So good make you wanna slap yo mama!! LOL!! Please don't, lol.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?
Hi, JenProf! Thank you for your interest in The Aladdin. Unfortunately we don't offer a shuttle to the airport. Most of the downtown hotels don't. We do, however, recommend SuperShuttle: 1-800-258-3826, Taxis are also very easy to get both downtown and at the airport.
