I have been able to stay at the location several times over the years of travel for work in KC. The space is huge and is housed in two buildings connected by a sky bridge. The absolute best feature of this facility is the location to all the places that you will want to visit in your down time. Close... More

Nice hotel but the a/c would not go under 72 and my 10:00 am shower was cold. No fridge/microwave available. The Hotel was completely booked and busy. Close to power and light district nightlife. Staff was great.

Thank you for your comments. We are happy to hear that our staff gave you wonderful service during your recent stay. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the A/C and the hot water concerns in your guest room. I can assure you that this is not the norm. I traveled to Kansas City with 2 girlfriends to spend Memorial Day weekend there. When we arrived, the Valet was attentive and very quick to help us out of the car. Also, the valet is only a few dollars more than the self park, it's SO worth it. After we checked in, we had to go to the second tower.... More

My friend was moving across the country and I was traveling with her to help. We decided we wanted to break up our car ride and stay at a really nice hotel (retrospectively we should have picked a different hotel). We checked in at around 6pm and that process was fine. My friend had booked through Expedia. We were supposed... More

Highly disappointed with this hotel. It definitely needs a major upgrade. No refrigerator or microwave. Our shower didn't work, when it was finally fixed the water pressure was terrible, our toilet broke, the pool is cold and small. The doors to open the rooms took us 10 minutes to open the first time. The gate to leave the parking garage... More

I have traveled quite a bit and the staff that I encountered during our stay were amazing. Not only were they polite but they also had personality that made the stay unique. Not only that, but the room was amazing and the breakfest was very good. Will definitely be coming back. Thank y'all!

I had to come to KC for business. I figured if I had to come all the way here I was going to stay in downtown. I stayed in the tower. I was upgraded to a suite - full on living room and a separate bedroom. I overlooked the convention center and loved hearing the fountains. As a bonus the... More

What a nice location. My Grandson (4) said," Grandpa I can see the airport!" And an excellent checkin experience. The young lady whose name tag said "Trainee," did an outstanding job checking in the two rooms of our party. The whole staff seemed so happy to see us. And the next morning the breakfast buffet was superb and the service... More

Spend there one night. Supposed to be high-class hotel, however: no complimentary water in the room; no mini-bar; no fridge; bad quality iron; no usb port in TV; limited amount of TV channels (no Discovery, History or OAN e.g.); curtains don't shut, so highly likely you'd be woken at 6 am by sun; rude staff at the reception; most importantly... Never have I ever had a bad experience with this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent location (you can walk down to Power and lights if you prefer that), great service, well equipped fitness center and also a shuttle service.
