My husband and I experienced the Cliff Manor Inn while on a week long Katy Trail trek. The B & B is conveniently located just off the bridge. We had the Riverview Suite with king bed, whirlpool bath and porch with large windows overlooking the Missouri River. Steve and Marlene greeted us upon arrival and showed us the locked shed...

After biking the Katy Trail from Columbia to Jeff City, we knew that our muscles would need some TLC for our return trip. The weather allowed us 2 nights at Cliff Manor and a day to explore downtown, including the capitol building tour (we would have undeniably requested to stay another night if rain had not been in the forecast)....

This was a stellar B&B. The building itself is fantastic – built in 1866 and beautifully restored. There are 4 rooms – all upstairs. Two of them share a bathroom on the first floor (we were in those rooms) – which is not a problem for us but might be for some. There is also a toilet and sink on...

This is a beautiful and elegant property built almost 150 years ago by a prominent judge. It is attractively furnished and decorated through out. We reserved the two rooms with a shared bath and both were very spacious and comfortable and had a queen bed. However, we looked at the two suites and wished we had reserved those - they...

Our first bed and breakfast, rooms were nice and breakfast was fair. I was disappointed in the overall cleaniness. Rooms and bathroom had alot of dust, cob webbs. Main room floor in the house looked like it had not been swept in months. Thought it would be more tidy. Over priced for the experience in our opinion.

After biking on the Katy Trail for over 40 miles, it was such a refreshing experience to stay at the lovely Cliff Manor Inn. Lenore was a friendly, gracious and helpful hostess. I enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the river and in the private whirlpool that overlooks the capital building (wonderful view especially at night when it is lit...

We really enjoyed our stay at Cliff Manor. I loved our room, our bed, and our screen-in porch and adjacent room. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Also wish the Internet was working when we were there... but since we were on a vacation that was the least of our worries. You get a great view of...

Lovely location with a great view of the Missouri River. Great location for getting on to the Katy Trail. Lenore is a wonderful hostess. Rooms were very clean and pleasant and Lenore's breakfast was delicious. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at Cliff Manor and will definitely return on our next trip to Jefferson City.

Stayed as part of our katy trail ride. Easily accessible using the bridge/bike path . Pretty close to downtown as well. The hostess was fantastic. We had the mansion to ourselves that night. The hostess made a to go breakfast so we could get on the trail early!

We stayed in the Cliff Manor while recently traveling to Jefferson City for business. The Inn is right down the street from the state capitol and sits on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River.
