Hands down, this is by far the best hotel in Paracas, the service is excellent, the food is great and the view of the bay is unbelievable. I have been to all the hotels in Paracas and La Hacienda is by far the best.
This hotel was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are really spacious, well-appointed, modern and comfortable. The bed was amazing!! Beautiful view from the large balcony of the grounds and the bay. Easy walk/ride to town. They loaned us bikes to get to town for a 10-minute bike ride. Had an accident, and they were very attentive to my needs for ice and even provided gels for inflammation and pain. Great Pisco Sours and breakfast buffet. Would love to go back.
We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Hacienda Bahia Paracas. Our room was spacious and overlooked both the pool and the bay. The service just doesn't get better. Clearly the management team cares about customer-service and it shows. From Marcela at reception, who helped us with a problem we were having with our wifi, to Romulo, our Peru-enthusiastic waiter both in the restaurant and at the pool, to Fernando, who greeted us every morning at the beautiful buffet with his warm and ever-present smile, and the others whose names we don't know, the staff is, without exception, special and memorable. The food is delicious (the best breakfast we had on our two and a half month trip to South America). Our room, 2302, was perfect. I would go back in a heart beat if it were closer to our Massachusetts home. Thank you to the staff of this special hotel. You've given us a wonderful send-off after a special time in Peru.…
Totally recomendable to stay a couple of nights at this amazing establishment! The staff was very friendly and helpful at 100% 24/7! There are some amazing views of the ocean and the food at the restaurant was spectacular!
We stayed here for some down time after a busy tour of Peru and Bolivia, and this hotel met all our needs. The room was spacious, overlooking the pool and the bay, with a balcony to watch the sun go down. We did not venture further than the hotel restaurant to eat as the food is so good. Firstly, the breakfast….best of the tour. There is variety, cold and hot dishes and eggs made to order. My particular joy was being able to eat lots of guacamole every morning as well as the local cheeses. The pastries were irresistible, coffee perfect, and the outside tables just right for watching the visiting hummingbirds. We probably sampled most things on the dinner menu. They do scallops many ways and we could not pick which we liked the best. Now we are back in cold and wet England, we will attempt our own version of causa, this weekend! The setting of this hotel is unique. The bird life on the beach is really special as is the trip to the Ballestas islands offered by the hotel. Pool is good, with a poolside bar and Jacuzzi accompanied by pina collada. The most special thing for me was the on-site museum. Imagine being able to take as much time as you like to enjoy a wonderful collection of Nazca treasure just by opening the door with the bedroom key. Seeing the artefacts really enhanced our later flight over the Nazca Lines. Overall, this hotel has provided us with strong memories of this area. So glad we stayed an extra week to enjoy the surrounding unique landscape and the luxuries of this hotel.…
