Hotel near pier for the islands. Parking on site. Average size room. Decent bed. Breakfast buffet. AVERAGE. Arriving at 7:05 a.m. there are already no more scrambled eggs even though all the customers are there to go to the boat and must have an early lunch. Average fruit juice.

This is.a solid 3 star hotel that is a short walk to the main stretch of restaurants on the water.

We had a room with a balcony that faced the water. This was a great view to wake up to in the morning. We paid extra to stay in a room with a jacuzzi but unfortunately, it was not working. When we reported it, they refunded us the difference without a problem. There is a very nice fridge in the room which came in handy.

There is no elevator so be warned if you are carrying a lot of bags to a higher floor. It was no problem for us and we really enjoyed our stay, with the very friendly staff.

The hotel has good infrastructure and a lovely grounds but there was no air conditioning. Our room was roasting when we arrived and the sliding doors had no screens but we had no alternative but to leave the door open to admit the evening breeze. Within an hour after sunset, I had 6 or 7 mosquito bites and there were ten mosquitoes in the closet near the ceiling. So we closed the door and began to swat the mosquitoes with a towel. We got revenge on two of them that left a red spot on the wall and killed most of the other ones that were still hungry. However, now we had to sleep in a room that was still sweltering or admit more mosquitoes. The hotel near the dock for boats to Ballestas is beautiful but expensive so you may wish to tolerate mosquitoes or heat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really nice exterior, with beautiful bougainvillea and wood balcony railings. Unfortunately, everything else was a big disappointment. Room decor was motel-basic, outlets were ancient so plugs nearly fell out, showering produced a lake across the bathroom floor, stuffing coming out of chair, wifi was iffy, not clean. But the worst was that when we entered our room, there were no pillows, towels, or toilet paper - plus there were 4 or 5 bars of used soap in the shower. Complained, said they'd take care of it, came back hours later and it still wasn't ready; couldn't get into our room until 5:30. At least there was a nice balcony with a view. Not recommended.

I do not recommend this hotel. Bad experience with the nanny who stayed there! Bathrooms without hot water and that were not repaired when requested more than once and even invented that it was not requested. They didn't clean her room. Terrible hotel!!! It doesn't deserve three stars.

They gave us a bungalow that had sexy yellow liquid in the refrigerator, a television had a stripped cable, the hot water heater was dripping, super old and rusty, with a wet floor, a nest of mosquitoes. The worst thing was the solution they proposed, they closed the door to the spa floor and said "don't enter that space, we are not renting it to you." Furthermore, they refused to give me the complaints book.

The construction is old, they gave us a room on the first floor that does not have a lock on the door, the bathroom leaks water and makes the entire floor wet, it has cockroaches, it does not have cable or internet service and even when we reported the problem we They said they can't change our room. The price is too much for the service they provide. We only stayed because it was very night. Tomorrow we will look for another option. I hope they give us our money back because we booked for 3 days.

They handed me a room with a pigeon's nest inside the closet, downstairs from my room bed were butts, packs of cigars and a stocking.
The receptionists' attention is terrible, they are not at all coordial.
I'm not going back to this hotel.

The hotel is very dated. It doesn’t have elevators so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The comforters and blankets looked and smelled like they had not been washed anytime in the recent past. The shower area smelled like mildew and was a tight squeeze to get in. Breakfast was a COVID nightmare buffet - not the least bit safe with the Lambda variant. We had some hard boiled eggs and watery coffee. Even the sugar wasn’t in individual packets. Everything looked cold and congealed. Come on hotel you can do better than this!

Non-functional safes.

Phone reception malfunctions.

Door lock difficult to open...

Balcony door has no lock, hence security breach.

Otherwise very good position with sea view. Nice balcony. Room of sufficient size. Grand potentiel...

Buffet breakfast without much variety.
