Hi Pamela, I am from central Washington state and irrigated farmland. I am always amazed at how many more bugs we have in WA. than in Mexico. We are in the Tropics so I don't want to insinuate there aren't bugs. We are as "organic" as we can be, but, we do spray the bungalows for insects on a regular basis. Also , for over a year, Troncones and the area are at the forefront of

The bungalows are NOT air conditioned, but I believe there are a few units that have A/C, One is above the restaurant, and one is in the back. So if that is a big issue, there could be a solution for you.

Yes we have upgraded our system and we now enjoy a strong signal in the restaurant/bar area and depending on your equipment, you may reach a connection any where on the property.

Yes fridges are available ($100 pesos) and all units except the Arriba apartment are on the ground floor.
