Firstly, we were booked into the hotel Surfing Sayulita Break, 24 hours prior to our departure we got a notification that we had been moved over to the Hotel Diamanté. On arrival we had to seek the front desk as it was not obvious where it was. Got to the room and no fridge, no tv and air conditioner did...

Dirty pool, bad service, rude staff. They keep money as a deposit and they don't want to give it back. They have no clue about customer service. Such a nice town but the hotel is not that cheap for such a service ..

WOW! A HUGE THANK YOU TO HOTEL DIAMANTE IN SAYULITA!! I recently stayed at this quaint, beautiful hotel in Sayulita. When I arrived back in PV I realized I had "lost" a bag of pesos totalling $3,500 pesos! I figured I had carelessly lost it and felt horrible. 3 days later I decided to call the hotel with the possibility...

I would reiterate the recent review: Perfect Hotel Stay, as the quieter location, close proximity to beach, restaurants, and for me, yoga studios was great. The pool was nice, as the beach is a surfer beach, and although I did go into the ocean, it was rough. Service was great-clean, nice rooms, easy to get to everything-town. Very clean and...

I liked this place for several reasons: 1) It's out of the main (noisy) part of Sayulita 2) It's in a charming area with nice restaurants 3) It's a block from the beach 4) It has a nice pool 5) It offers an outdoor kitchen to guests - with refrigerator, grill & utensils. 6) The service is great! Hotel Diamante...

We ended up spending a week at Hotel Diamante and it was everything we needed with in a great location. We stayed in 2 different rooms after the original one was just a bit too noise in the mornings from street noise. We were able to change rooms with no problem at all and both were fairly spacious and very...

Great location outside of the busy streets but still close and one block to beach. Very well kept and clean. Nice courtyard with pool. The problem was twofold. First, when I booked, they quoted me a total price wich I understood to be tax inclusive. When We arrived the Inn keeper added 15$ in taxes. Secondly, our room was very...

Hotel Diamante is a lovely little hotel just one block from the beach on the north side of town. The entire property is immaculately clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with AC and hot water plus a pool to cool off in during those hot summer months. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst the world Paddleboard champs were on. Had very busy days in the sun and loved coming back to a clean, cool, quiet and well maintain environment. The hosts, Teresa and Andre also are very helpful and respond quickly to queries or issues. Secure and safe, recommend this place if you like a place...
