As a party of 8 we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. We took the meal deal. Breakfast was very good value. Lots of choice. Evening meals were different. Our first night service was very slow. It took almost 1 hour 30 minutes to serve our main...

Didn't have great expectations give the great deal on the price but boy were we surprised! They have really upped their game and this budget stay was excellent. Friendly service, clean and modern family room. Excellent breakfast with kids eating for free...couldn't fault from start to finish. Will definitely book again.

The hotel was very clean, the food was very good, all you can eat breakfast is excellent and staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist ordered a taxi for us and all staff were courteous at all times.

First time to this beautiful country and this Premier Inn is situated in an ideal place. Not too far from Belfast and the airports. Staff were all warm and friendly and nothing too much trouble. The food in the adjacent restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced.

We have just returned from a one night stay. Location great handy to the town and room clean and tidy. Problems started once we returned to the hotel at 10 pm and decided to go for a drink in the bar. The bar was around a quarter full but it took almost half an hour to get a drink as...

First time in Ireland visiting family. Travelled with husband, teenager and toddler. A good base for traveling between family and Belfast. We arrived early morning from the boat and check in wasn't until 2pm, they sorted a room out so we could get in early. All the staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel, restaurant and bar. The family...

The hotel is a great location as a base for travelling around Northern Ireland as it's not far from the airports and is right next to the m1 and very close to Belfast. We went to the Titanic Centre and the Giants Causeway, and dark hedges which was all amazing and Belfast itself.

Accommodation part was excellent however restaurant and bar not so good. Ran out of draught beer all weekend and evening meals always involved a long wait as they were fully booked. I realise fully booked is a sign of good food which it was however some arrangements should be made to provide for guests as a priority.

We had a pleasant stay. It was good to have a shopping centre right next to the premier inn which had marks and spencer, next, boots and other shops. For dinner there was the hotel restaurant and Frankie and Benny was within walking distance. If you have kids there is a McDonalds as well within walking distance. The staff were...
