Lovely welcome at this town centre property with many interesting touches. Sat out in the little oasis at the back on arrival with lovely home made cakes. Full selection of beers, wines and spirits on a honesty basis. Room was comfortable if a little tight on space with our cycling gear (not including the bikes!) Breakfast was excellent with fantastic...

Charming well located, inside the city walls. Very comfortable bed and a well decorated room ( Mombasa). Breakfast is very good and the view from the roof garden is excellent. Congratulations to Maria and Fatima, always taking very good care of the guests, we felt like home and it was very hard to leave this place. Sunset was exceptional from...

What a great hotel to say in. It is unique and so tastefully yet interestingly appointed. From the moment we arrived Maria was so charming and made us feel totally at home - even to the extent of holding breakfast for us the next day as we had gone on a small hike before breakfast that lasted longer than expected....

Casa Pinto is in a prime location in this beautiful hilltop village. Our room (Goa) was well appointed with an Indian theme and had terrific views of the plain below. Breakfast in the small courtyard was very good, with a wide range of meats, cheese, fruits, bread and home made jams. The hosts clearly care about their guests and want...

Stayed 2 nights in the Casa Pinto with my wife and we had a lovely time, the town of Monsaraz is a great place to visit and staying in Casa Pinto made it even better. Our room (Asilah) was in the theme of Morocco and was very comfortable, the only thing I would say is it was a shame the...

This place is absolutely stunning. Casa pinto is located on the "square" of the town across the church. We had a very warm welcome. We got a small tour through the building and information about the sights nearby. Our room was stunning. We loved the interior. The roof terrace is great. We spend a warm night looking at the stars...

This small hotel has only 5 rooms and all of them have the names of Asian cities. One of them, Macao, has not a window but a roof opening. I was given this one but not complains: at 69 euros, the hotel offers an incredible value for money, clean, nicely decorated (Oriental motives), all short of details (such a bottle...

Amazing small hotel, decor done themed and extremely tastefully. I slept with the window open and could gaze out at the stars. Such a tranquil place, with stunning views. We loved the roof terrace and the little garden where we sat and ate our breakfast. I would definitely recommend Casa Pinto!

We came across this hotel as it had been positively reviewed by the Guardian newspaper and as we were "in the area" we decided to stay overnight there, a decision we never regretted. The hotel is small (5 rooms) and unique as each room is themed from a different part of the world. We stayed in Macau and was thrilled...
