The idyllic location with breathtaking views of the cliffs, the idiosyncratic taste of the owner-collector, the excellent service by the whole staff, but Arnaud in particular, the charm of our room, la lavande, with memorable bathroom tiled in gorgeous Provence style, the cleanliness, the sweet smells of Provence, the peaceful constant chirping of birds deserve a 5 star rating. However,...

Owner collects anything to do with cinema up to about 1950. Also a vast collection of porcelaine decorations, old irons and candelabra along the stairs, society games, antique farming equipment, etc. Rooms beautiful - we were in Émeraude. Breakfast sparse (typical French) but well presented and quick service. Staff friendly and accommodating. A 20 minute walk uphill to get into...

This is a very nice, charming place in a quite area a little outside of Moustiers. Rooms are quite, beds are good, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be recommended and you can have it outside in the garden. Two things need improvement: 1. The wireless lan does not operate on modern security standards, is...

We adore this place. Quintessential old Provence with totally modern and top class standards of hospitality, comfort and cleanliness. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with the best air-conditioning we have ever experienced (very efficient and virtually soundless). Lovely friendly and helpful staff, nice plunge pool area and wonderful garden for magical lazy French breakfasts. And quirky? Yes, collections...

We were referred to this hotel by a luxury hotelier who had no vacancies. It is charmingly located in the valley below the town, quite close to the gorge. They put our family of four in two garden rooms at the back of the hotel. So charming we wished we had more time to enjoy a private garden with hillside...

We stayed at the La Ferme Rose for 2 nights. The place is beautiful and serene. Staff is very friendly and the overall atmosphere is very positive. You get wonderful views of the area and you are 3min drive from the famous Moustier Sainte Marie village. it would be nice if they decide to place a kettle in the room...

Beautiful place. Decorated with lots of items, like a personal museum. Nice room, french balcony, view towards the garden and the mountains. The room is rather small. "View to the village" (Moustiers-Sainte-Marie) was not really that, we only saw a few houses just outside the village center. The village was hidden by high trees. Good breakfast served in the garden,...

A lovely B&B set in a garden , our room opened onto a little overgrown garden area with a table & chairs . Room cute & had everything required. Breakfast amazing in the front garden under the trees . A drive to Moustiers for evening meal. Peaceful surrounds .

The location of the hotel is good - it's about 1km from Moustiers-St-Marie. We walked to the village and back, but it was quite a hike. Visiting the village again we drove our car up there and found free parking easily. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very basic, but cozy enough. We stayed only one...
