My first time in Hermann and it was a weekend to remember. I went down with two good friends for a wedding with two of our co workers. We were created by Frank as we walked into the inn. Extremely nice guy who seemed like he really wanted to converse with you. We unpacked our bags in the bedroom then...

We stayed at the Harbor Haus with friends and our rooms were in the Captain's Cottage, which is a small house across the street from the main Harbor Haus. It was an older home that had been converted into two suites that each had a king bed and their own bathroom. The lay out of the house is a bit...

The thing about this hotel/Inn/B&B is that there is a great deal of difference between the different room types. I stayed in one of the smallest rooms, with just a queen (I think) bed and a shower. The decor was definitely outdated, but the room was clean, quiet and cool, so I slept fine. The one thing that might keep...

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great stay for the money. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Nice breakfast setup which included coffee, juice, oatmeal, toast and other hot breakfast items. Very cute theme.

Harbor Haus is no frills but neat and clean and in a great location. Frank and the staff add a nice personal touch and provide a hearty hot breakfast. Hard to imagine a better value anywhere in Hermann. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our two night stay in Hermann at harbor Haus inn. It was conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the nightly fire pit with tables to enjoy company of others. The price was right for our expectations. Staff was very friendly. The main room was filled with interesting antiques and stories. Would stay again

This stay did not let me down as far as what Bed and Breakfasts are about. I mean, my only real connection with them thus far in my 44 years has been Bill Murray's character staying in one in Groundhog Day. So I knew they could be quirky. And quirky is my word for this one. I was one of...

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall - Frank is thrilled to hear the Harbor Haus Inn and Suites described as quirky! Our daybeds are antique, not modern or pull out sofas - we're sorry that information was not passed on to you. We hope you enjoy your red pepper jelly and come see us again soon!

Traveled as part of a group. Arrived early but under no conditions can you check in early. At precisely 3pm the flag went up, "OPEN". Then you get in line to get your key and find out where you bunk. Decent accommodations on the second floor up some fairly steep steps to a house with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths....

We have a variety of accommodation so if you ever plan on returning (not as part of group booking) we hope you will talk to us directly and we can find something that suits you exactly! Our check in is 3-8pm and check out at 11am everyday - this gives us just enough time to clean and inspect all our...

To get to reception, you first have to get past a big dog which the owner made no attempt to stop from jumping on us. The hotel consists of several converted houses around the main building. Our room (N° 15) was contiguous to the reception appartment and we could hear all the noise through the wall. It was also part...

We stayed here on Friday night after a long day of hitting the wineries. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Could use a bigger tv but that's ok because they have an outdoor fire pit that they light each night and the weather was nice so we went out and sat by the fire and visited with a...
