Stains on sheets, very small bathroom in king suite #2515. dirty hallways, kids making noise untill late hours. They gave me a $30.00 credit for the restauant but when I checked my card I found they charged my card for the restaurant bill of $24.76. I called and they said they would credit my card but so far nothing. This is an old property in a great location but don't expect much.
This place was great! The rooms were big. The bar/grill had great food. The service was good. The restaurant was even better. The staff was courteous, very friendly and helpful. I do recommend staying here. There was one thing I didn't like and I believe it was due to COVID restrictions, you had to call for towels, wastebaskets to be emptied.
Th hotel looks very grand from website photos - it’s really not ….. Rooms are big but tired, cleaners scent the rooms which I find off putting, bed comfortable, wifi decent enough. Bar food was very average and staff inattentive and pretty expensive as was the hotel overall - I would expect better for the price. Catering for meeting rooms was actually very good but that’s pretty much the best part. Photo of the front door sign tells you all you need to know Rob
The staff was very accommodating. The rooms are clean. The public areas are clean. There is limited parking upfront, but lots and lots of parking in the back. They have a nice gym, but it is very far away from the front desk. Hertz and Enterprise do courtesy pick ups and drop offs if you rent a vehicle. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the airport too. Super awesome.
Fabulous. Older hotel but well maintained. Front desk staff, especially Renee and Brandon, were amazingly helpful. There was the usual kerfuffle over our "no feathers, allergic!" request, bit it was quickly sorted. Highly recommend the dining; dinner was terrific. Even the prosaic half roasted chicken was wonderful. Comfortable beds, extra blankets, working lights. Just great. Will make this our St. Louis go-to hotel.
Excellent customer service, the hotel clerk read my profile preferences and gave me a room on the top floor away from the elevator which was quiet, clean, safe, and extremely comfortable. I was greeted after a 15 hour long drive with a smile and eagerness to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The one thing that I really liked about this hotel was the space, the rooms and sitting area were open and roomy. The restaurant and bar were fantastic and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return on my next road trip from Cleveland to Tucson!
I wish I could recommend this hotel, as the people who work here did their best to help me. I’m on a special diet and I always bring my own food. I was distressed to learn when I arrived that my room (and apparently none of the rooms) had a microwave. The only one available was in the office! I was assured I could use that one for dinner and my breakfast the next morning, and they were, in fact, very kind. The staff are the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one…but who wants to dress and leave your room to make your breakfast? The room was fine, if underwhelming considering the cost. The fitness center (once you find it) is nicely equipped but VERY warm. Unfortunately, I won’t stay here again because of the lack of microwaves.
The room was disgusting for $213 !! I asked for a clean sheet while we went to dinner and came back to the same dirty sheet .. this place is gross and a big disappointment!! For the price I’m very disappointed and this room is supposedly a king deluxe!!!
I am a seasoned traveler and a Hilton Diamond member. This is the worst Hilton I have stayed in by far. The smell was so bad I left in the middle of the night. I cannot believe the hotel is a member of the Hilton family.
This hotel is in a terrific location but the hotel is well past it's prime. The hotel is very tired and desperately needs a refresh. The bathrooms are old and gross and the rooms felt like they were dirty in a way that the housekeeping staff couldn't fix. Lots of better options in that area!
