I don’t like to give bad reviews but this stay was ridiculous. First off, the young lady that checked us in was rude and has no customer service skills what so ever but I blame management because this can be fixed. Management see the reviews and fail to address. Our room wasn’t clean and had to fight off nats & spiders the entire weekend. The shower pans in the bathrooms hold standing water because they were not properly installed but it could be a simple fix along with pest control. Even some of the cleaning staff were rude so I believe that’s just their culture there but I won’t be returning and hope they get their property together.

During covid times you always look at cleanliness. This hotel is doing a great job. The location is great and easy to access the interstate if you are going places. Front desk staff were friendly. Our room was bigger than I expected. Our room was very quiet. We would stay here again!

This is what staying at a hotel should be all the time. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The hotel was clean both in the public areas and rooms. The amenities were excellent. The food was good. This was worth the value on all fronts. We will stay again.

I usually stay at hotels off 44 when driving from Oklahoma to Michigan. This trip I had to stop at a certain store to buy some specialty beer for my Dad that was just off 64. So I found this Hilton just down the interstate from the store. This hotel is massive and the layout is very confusing. It's also crammed into an area that is mostly upscale commercial buildings and the hotel itself has several buildings. Check in was easy, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful and the lobby is really nice. The parking garage is tiny and the surface needs to be repaved. The Clayton Building I stayed in was above the parking garage and I stayed in a Junior Suite. It was huge! The room had a nice sitting area with couch (pull out sofa sleeper), a chair, a chest of drawers and a tv. There was also a mini bar area with a very old and rather rusty fridge. The bedroom was large and roomy with a desk, chair w/footstool, chest of drawers, tv, and double door closet. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was very nice and had 8 pillows to choose from. ***Something that really bothers me is when higher end hotels such as this Hilton use flat sheets in place of a fitted sheet*** The bathroom is super tiny! I'm not exaggerating, it is very very small. I used Door Dash for dinner (Peel Wood Fire Pizza) which was amazing and used Room Service for breakfast. I ordered their standard All American Breakfast...scrambled eggs, sausage links, hashbrowns, toast and OJ. It arrived much sooner than the 20 minutes they estimated and the attendant that delivered it was super nice! It was early in the morning and my eyes were watery and he asked me if I was okay and said he concerned that I'd been crying. I thought that was super sweet. I would totally stay here again and would recommend it to others. I bet event pictures here would be so pretty!

With some of the restrictions, every hotel has different amenities available with their reopening. Keilon was so helpful in getting everything explained and helping out with the reservation. For Hilton Diamond, they've got free continental breakfast and the hotel has free parking which is a nice perk. Thanks!
