I would stay again for the 39.99 or $109 for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. Property is newly acquired and manager reports they will be improving overtime. I stayed 4 nights. There are camera's that are monitored on each level. There is only a dead bolt on the doors, no other safety measure. Cleaning of...

Where do I start, if your thinking of staying here and are not into underworld crime then run!!! I was booked here for a three day stay and was totally grossed out about staying here, but stay we did. I had several concerns; first being the "prostitute" that greeted me as soon as I got out of my truck and...

My wife and I stayed here a week while researching Columbia as a place to live. Though just a very budget-minded place, our room was quiet and clean and we got a good weekly rate. The staff were very helpful in providing information about Columbia.

After a long drive on the higway- it was getting late and we needed a place to stay at a reasonable price. The other surrounding hotels were taking advantage of a local baseball tournament, so their prices had been hiked up for this event. The Royal Inn had a good price but it's not the best place. The hotel is...

The room was absolutely disgusting. Found a dead cockroach in the sheets on the bed. Roaches were crawling all over the place. We literally saw 5 roaches within the first minute of being in the room. They didn't even flee with the lights on. Blood splattered all over the bathroom door. Cigarette burns all over everything. Smelled awful. We were...

This motel was just terrible!!! We were in town for Homecoming and decided to drive home at 2:00 in the morning instead of staying there. I was terrified to leave my car at the motel while at the game and was amazed that it was still there when we returned. Our room was filthy, there were insects every where and...

First we said we'd like 2 beds in the room. There was a sign that said refigator (yes that's how it was written - pretty much tells you the ethnicity) was extra. Anyway we didn't ask for it and he said he discounted the cost for us a bit (like $2). Went to room and somewhat ok-ish bit kiddy bedspread....
