I payed over $160 for my room through a hotel reservation app. When we got there we checked in and I asked about the breakfast the next morning. According to the reservation the breakfast was included. At the front desk they told me that the breakfast was $15 per person. We went up to the room and were VERY disappointed....

A great hotel, with fantastic staff in a gem kf a neighbourhood in St. Louis with fabulous restaurants and shopping. I go to St. Louis ebery three or four months and would not stay anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival after the 3 pm check in time our room wasn't ready. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond. Upgraded us to a 2 room suite. Which the SPG frills. Made the day much better. We had our own quiet spot and the kids had theirs.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming. The hotel in is a great location with a short walk to many restaurants. The bed was quite comfortable but I found the carpets were stained and need replacing. The internet connection was good. There was noise in the hallway and perhaps nearby rooms in the middle of the night that woke me. Overall...

We spent 5 days in St. Louis recently for my son's college graduation. We are Starwood Gold members and had booked the rooms in advance. When we had a slight change of travel plans, I was worried about adjusting the reservations, since I knew the hotel was fully booked for graduation. However, the Starwood Gold reservations specialist and the front...

We stayed here during the world robotics tournament that was in St. Louis. Although the hotel was a little outdated and we wished there was a hot tub, everything was very clean and the staff was terrific! So nice and accommodating! We ordered some room service and everything was delicious, especially the quesadillas! It also came about 10 minutes sooner...

My family has used this hotel at least 4 times, having toured and visited Washington university on various occasions. The staff is fine; pleasant, helpful, responsive. The physical plant needs updating. Carpets are worn, and, in our suite, water stains from a kitchenette leak were very visible. Walls are thin; we could hear coughing, conversations, and TV from an adjacent...

Dear Isaac K: I am so sorry that you had a stay that did not quite live up to your expectations but the good news is we’re heading into a multi-million dollar renovation in August that should address the ills to which you refer. We have already changed the elevators, headboards and mattresses. When we took over the hotel, we...

Pro: Location is good. Hotel was clean. Staff mostly friendly. Fast elevators. Cons: Paid parking is high. No free wifi in room. There is not much within reasonable walking distance. Older dated feel. Small bathrooms. No fridge or microwave in room.

Went to St Louis to watch the Cubs lose to the Cardinals.... About two weeks out, we started looking for a place to stay, and, of course, with the Cubs/Cards series everything was booked solid. But our daughter came across this place, which is very close to Forest Park. Knowing that we were taking our grandson to the zoo the...

Walking distance to some great restaurants. MOrtons, Pasteria and others. Bar had good wine selection. The concierge room on the 14th floor had a good breakfast. It pays to be a Starwood member! Competitive rates.
