The room was hot and stuffy. Work out facility was closed for tile work. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. The bed felt like a college dorm room mattress. The staff was very nice.

We stayed the night there when we visited friends. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was great after a long night. If we are up that way again, we will stay there. We are sad we didn't have time to try out the pool or the gym

the air kept going on and off during the night with fan noise/temp was set at 70. we are talking about January in Missouri. the shower did not sustain hot for more than 30 seconds and then went to luke warm-this happened both times I used shower

There were a couple of issues, the mattress tended toward hard. I am used to a cool room at night and the windows do not open. So it was a bit warm. Found a lighter weight blanket in the closet for the second night and that helped. If you rise after 6:30, hot water for shower barely warm. No hot...

This hotel is very close to 2 outlet malls as well as very nice restaurants. We choose this hotel for the nearness to the care center where my in-laws live. We tried other Hampton Inns in the St. Louis area and we like this one for its location and cleanliness.

On the way to Iowa from Atlanta this is about half way for us. It was really easy to find just off the interstate. The receptionist Mary Kay was very pleasant and helpful. Very clean, reasonable rates, friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriends and myself stay here at the Hampton for a weekend get together. The breakfast could be bumped up a bit, but overall satisfying. We will stay here again for sure.

Fit the needs for a family trip and the price for this trip was kept within reason. Close to also shops and food within walking distance. Shuttle service was available to the locale area. Breakfast and late check out fit my needs.

When we arrived the elevator wasn't working so carried luggage and such three flights of stairs. We had no knobs on the air unit so had to call at midnight to get those, when we arrived after seeing a play at the FOX to get knobs since air was on full blast in January.
