The name has changed as of Aug 1, 2019. It is now Cassville Four Seasons Inn & Suites. Same owners, manager, staff...just name change. Always a great place to stay with friendly staff! They have a breakfast in the lobby that's open early for those who want to chase a trout at Roaring River. A nice pool, a large parking lot, and easy access off Hwy 37 at Cassville. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are always doing things to update the property. When I was there they had just painted the stairwell by the pool and were getting ready to lay new carpet. Nice to see folks that take pride in their property. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and will continue to do so each time I stay the night in Cassville.

Stopped in this morning when arrived in Cassville at 3 AM. It was an unexpected, last minute trip and we had been on the road for over 8 hours. We were exhausted a needed a room. We did not ask for any discounts (being that we would be checking out at about 8 AM (5 hours later) but we were told that since we arrived after midnight, the rate would be an additional $100 on top of the regular rate of like $86....so, $186.00 total! We didn’t call ahead to make a reservation because we had never been to Cassville, didn’t know what was there, etc. To say we were shocked would be an understatement. This is a VERY small town and they wanted more for a room than I could have gotten in Dallas! It wasn’t even a nice hotel either! On top of it all, they displayed the Christian “fish” symbol above the entrance. Now, I’m a Christian AND a business owner and I would NEVER treat customers this way nor rob them in the process! So, beware of when you travel to Cassville. Stay elsewhere. Or, do what we did....drove up to Walmart and slept in our car until our business meeting at 8:30 AM.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Location was easy to find. Continental breakfast provided. A local restaurant within walking distance. I would stay again at the Americas Best Value in Cassville.

The lady who checked us in in the evening was nice and very friendly and helpful. We had a king suite, which was a clean room, nothing fancy. Over-priced, but I did choose to stay here, mainly because when I did 20 years before it was new and Super 8 at the time. We appreciated the leather sofas more than we realized at the time we got into our room, since my husband had to move to sleep there an hour into falling asleep on the bed. REALLY bad mattress, very hard and lumpy and not a good night's sleep. The A/C unit wasn't strong enough to cool off the room to where it was comfortable, though may be sufficient for some. Went to the front desk to ask for a box fan to help circulate the air, but there wasn't any available but the lady at the front desk was nice enough to look for one. When we checked out the next morning, and I mentioned to the guy at the front desk about the mattress in our room (mainly to be helpful to let them know they might want to update it) the reply I received was "yeah some of those mattresses are new and have to be broken in". All I can say is, if that is a new mattress that needs to be broken in, they need to IMMEDIATELY return it for a refund. I wouldn't choose to stay here again though, even though some of the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. No other options in town and this was very clean with a friendly staff. Soda machine no exercise room and a nice breakfast. Room was nice with a nice comfortable chair to watch tv in. If looking for a place in this area it’s a great choice.
