My family and I stayed here for 3 nights after a not so great experience at The Comfort Inn in Willow Springs....Highland inn was a godsend!!!! Nice, clean room for an affordable price. The beds were a bit firm, but I like them that way!!! The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff overall was very wonderful and accommodating. If I had any complaints at all, there was a little dry wall on the ceiling in the bathroom that was flaking off, but beyond that, it was a perfect stay, and we will be recommending this hotel to our out of state family members, and everyone else who needs a nice room for the night (or more).

Due to flooding in Missouri we had to take a long detour and ended up in Cabool for the night. Using reviews from this site we knew there was a place to stay but we were still hesitant. Turns out the lady at the front desk was so nice and so helpful and the room was quite pleasant. Our only complaint would be that some rooms are smoking, and while our non-smoking room did NOT smell like smoke, as soon as someone in another room lit up we could smell the smoke. Otherwise a nice stop in a small town.

Dear Valued Guest Thank you for choosing to stay with us via the detour. We appreciate your positive feedback and are glad you were pleased with your stay apart from smoke smell from the room across your room. We do hope you will stay with us again if you are in the area. Thank you.

There are not many lodging options in this area of the state. If you find yourself here, we found this to be the best option. Everything is aged and worn, but well kept. The carpets are clean as are the bathrooms and beds. All of these things seemed new. Obvious that housekeeping is a priority. It was quiet and the innkeeper was friendly and very helpful. The place has a decent little lobby if you're traveling with a group and lite breakfast.

Receptionist was rude and disrespectful. Was eaten up all nite by flea/bedbug even when layed in the chair. When I went to inform the manager/owner she went into the room and tried to wipe what the bugs off and they did not wipe off. The Hospitality was very unprofessional. They double charge you. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Health department needs to be called. Check driving to the next hotel. Very uncleaned!!

Hansa and the rest of the staff are just a pleasure to be around. I stay here often because of business in the area and enjoy the clean rooms, excellent maid service (thanks again for finding that ear ring and all your efforts looking for the power cord I thought I left...oops) and most of all the smiles! I have had dozens of my work associates stay at this hotel and have never heard even a whisper of a complaint from any of them!
Maybe I'm biased, because I like staying where I feel welcome and that is certainly what I feel here !!!

This is my second trip to this hotel. I've stayed at this hotel before and it's been consistent with my most recent stay. They have upgraded to a new Brand and done renovations. Microwaves, fridges etc. The room was clean throughout, the bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and adequate..I will be back.

Over priced at $95 for at best a $50.00 room. Smelly dirty carpet, bedding and dirty sink with mucus stuff in sink..insert *gag* here. Bedding had burn marks on them and owner charged my card for the burns after she told me the bedding had been changed BEFORE we got there because there were burns in the bedding...I call BS on that, I know the bedding was never changed out before we got there. Crooks just looking for ways to steal money. Continental breakfast was a joke cold cereal, coffee, OJ, 3 muffins and 3 small honey buns. We will drive on to Mountain Grove rather than stay at this nasty motel if ever in the area again.

Stayed for two weeks. They insisted on total stay charge up front on check in. Room not vacuumed several days. Amenities meager. Breakfast sparse with stale pastries. I did not find them particularly accommodating particularly for long term guests.

My husband and I were traveling home to Chattanooga from Kansas. I was carefully booking FIRST floor ONE bed rooms so that they had either a couch or a chair & ottoman. You see I have a painful hip that won't allow me to sleep in a bed until I get it replaced this month. I booked a room here due to the hotel's exceptional reviews , BUT I carelessly left my unattended home phone as my contact number.......... so upon arrival, our room was an immaculate first floor TWO bed room (no couch or chair). Of course when we could not be contacted, the owner had to choose between my first floor special request or two beds instead of one. When I explained my problem , she had my husband help her carry in her own personnel lounge chair from her apartment for my good night of sleep!!!!!!!! This was certainly beyond all expectations and I will NEVER forget that there are some wonderfully caring folks in this world and one of them is the hard-working owner of America's Best Value Inn in Cabool, Missouri. STOP IN FOR A STAY and tell her you heard of her beauty :)! Thank you.

Dear Valued Guest Thank you for your generous review. It was a pleasure to have you and your husband as our guests and it means so much to us that you took the time to share your experiences. We strive to provide every guest a comfortable stay and it was no trouble to provide you our recliner so you were able to get a good night’s rest. I do hope your hip replacement surgery went well and you are recovering. Thanks again for being our guest and hope to see you again if your travels bring you this way. Thank you.
