The Windjammer Cottage, which is a part of Anchor Inn on the Lake, did not meet our expectations. While the reviews for the bed and breakfast were a major draw for us, the condition of this cottage was less than satisfactory. Pros: The view of the lake was beautiful; nice deck, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Cons: Kitchen needs a total renovation. The microwave handle had been broken in half and glued back on. The furniture is rustic and goes with the style of this cute A frame cottage but the main couch is worn and dirty, especially around the arm rest. This cottage has great potential with some much-needed updates. With so many options in Branson West and the surrounding areas to choose from, this was just not worth the price we paid.

This B and B was a great get away this fall. The owners did a great job welcoming us when we arrived. The breakfasts were awesome! It was a great place to escape too and just relax. Our room was great and the soaking tub was great as we rode our motorcyclist for 2 days through the winding roads of Missouri and Arkansas. We will be returning next fall for another great time of R and R.

Room Tip: Mediterranean room was the best room with a private balcony with zero gravity chairs!

40th anniversary trip for my wife and I. Beautiful little inn near the water of Table Rock. The owners were gracious and attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfast is served at the main house and the food was delicious and plentiful. A little out of the way but worth the trip.

Room Tip: Rooms on the east side have better view. Mediterranean room is the best.

This was by far the cleanest place that we have ever stayed. We were in the Mediterranean room which was truly unique. The owners were wonderful and kind. The thoughtful touches were just what made our stay exceptional: fresh baked cookies out in the evening, water and soda in the fridge, beach towels for going down to the lake, even embossing and folding the end of the toilet paper each morning. The breakfasts tasted and looked phenomenal! This is truly a gem.
