Arrived and checked in around 6:30pm to a very smelly “condo”. Carpet is pink carpet from what looks like the 70s which is where part of the smell was coming from, the other part was actually coming from the WATER. You can smell it when you shower and no matter how much you wash you will smell like this water when you are done... GROSS! Nice big keg party happening out front all weekend which was loud through all hours of the night, especially since the walls are super thin. Back door (sliding glass door) didn’t lock AT ALL. Door from 1970 was broken. Called to see about getting a room where the door locked but good luck getting any help after the office closes.... nobody answers. Found a maintenance guy outside cleaning the pool who CUT A PIECE OF PVC PIPE at 11pm to “secure” our door after suggesting e we WAIT TILL MORNING. front door only had knob lock, no deadbolt. We felt very unsafe here but again, nobody to call for help. Hot tub was cold water, pool was dirty all weekend. Couldn’t access gave room due to the keg party that was going on. Very disappointing. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

We arrived on July 4th to stay for 4 nights. Check in was easy. When we got to our site we realized our neighbors are real close so close that when we put our awning out it was a foot away from our neighbors that faced us. Good thing they were super nice people. We had good shade at our site. The place was packed so it was hard to get a place at the pool. The pool was clean when we finally got in Sunday after most of the campers left. There was really no where to swim in lake just enough space at the dock for boats and a boat launch. We were pretty satisfied with our stay but will not make it a regular camping spot.

We chose this camping place based on the photos on their website, and seeing good reviews and remarks, also on their own website. We realized after camping there, that the reviews and remarks must be from the owner, making his own campground sound great. The photos are not accurate and were VERY misleading. The advertisements on his website state that there is a pool with slide, hot tub, pontoon boats, clean bathrooms, game room with pool table, table tennis, etc. He gave set prices per night, and said the charge included water and electric hookup, and so we booked for several nights with him. However, when we got to the campground, we were annoyed to find out that the charge for the campsite is NOT the only charge levied. He charges per occupant, including small children, and there were no actual campsites available, in spite of us booking ahead of time. He told us to basically choose a place to set up the tent, in the middle ground, which was an open expanse of grass, with NO hookups to water or electricity! The nearest water source was the bathroom, which wasn't by our tent, and there was no way to hook up to it. It was just regular bathroom taps over the sinks. The bathrooms were FILTHY, contrary to his photos on his site, and description of having won some sort of award for clean bathrooms. Covered in bugs, spiders crawling everywhere, rust, dirt, pee, traces of poop on toilets, etc. Absolutely disgusting!! My kids didn't even want to go in! The "game room" is what looks like an unfinished shed, with electrical wires protruding all along the walls, which are unfinished. Just the wood framework for the walls. No sheetrock, so all wiring is exposed. Pool table and other game equipment was all covered in dust, dirt, spider webs, and some unknown sticky/gooey substance. All of the tables were turned upside down on each other, stacked, obviously not for use, and covered in the same as the game tables. No electricity worked, so no lights, no AC, no fan, etc. In the summer heat, it was unbearable, like being locked up in a closet under the sun in the dark, so of course, my children didn't use this either. The pontoon boat he supposedly had was out of commission, as of the night before we arrived, and the owner didn't bother to inform us of this until we were actually there. This was by far one of the worst campgrounds we have ever had the displeasure of being at, and we have camped, in tents, all over the world, my entire life, so I'm not being overly critical or unrealistic in expectations. The pool was closed and covered, despite the website advertising that it was open and running, and hot as hades outside. The hot tub was also covered and not available for use. There were several broken planks in the wooden walkway and around the hot tub and the owner had the audacity to accuse my young children of having broken them!! They were under our direct supervision the entire time and went nowhere NEAR the area he was referencing! We were incensed, after everything else was so horrible, and so we packed up the morning after we checked in, and got a refund and left. We will never be back, but feel obligated to leave a review so that others are warned ahead that it is NOT as advertised in any way, and the owner is out to nickel and dime customers to death. No water or electric hookup, and filthy bathrooms, no pontoon, no pool, hot tub, and park advertised was small and equipment was rickety and old. Please see photos below for proof of our negative experience!

We had no problem pulling in with three RVs. Owner was there to meet us. Easy check in Sites are close if it’s full. Pool & jacuzzis are clean. One jacuzzi is under a beauty gazebo. Camp is close enough to Branson attractions. You can walk down to lake. I did not find lake “yukky” as stated in one review. I would definitely come back if we were to travel here again

Thought we would try this campground out since they advertised on Table Rock Lake and it's setting is nestled into some tall trees for a nice shaded place. We will choose another campground from now on. We pulled put camper and when we got here, there were so many renters, some had to be asked to move since they were in our spot. They do not honor a quiet time schedule during the night, so if you're interested in hearing drunk adults and screaming kids, and barking dogs all night, then this is the place for you. Most campgrounds have places for RVs and separate places for tenters...not this campground. And when we made the reservation, the gentleman at the front desk only mentioned our reserved area was for RVers. We currently have a renter 3 feet away from the back of our RV. That's a little too close for comfort. They allow dogs of any size( we have seen ALL sizes here whether they say a dog must be a certain size to be in the campground) so when one starts barking, ALL dogs in the camp start barking. It's been one of the worst campgrounds we've ever stayed at and we are avid RVers. You can not see the lake unless you walk down a very steep incline. There are no views from the campground itself. Another disappointment. Definitely advertised to sound better than what it actually is. I feel like I'm in the middle of redneck white trash. This place and the kind of people it attracts is not for us, and we will not be back. Not to mention the manager or owner, whatever he was, is rude. Very misleading and a little creepy.
