Room is a bit dated but a good value. No thermostat on heater/air so fan ran all night and had to adjust the control during the night. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was better than most offered for hotels in this price range.

We spent only 1 night last weekend but was with a group that spent 2 nights. My room smelled very musty/moldy as did several others that were in our party. I was in building A along with my in-laws both of our rooms were really bad smelling. I made a trip to buy Lysol for both rooms. It made it...

The room was clean and spacious - one of the largest hotel rooms I have seen that wasn't a suite. With two queen beds there was still plenty of room for all of our suitcases and shopping bags and we still had room to move around. Maid service stops every day to clean and the location isn't bad.

The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful even though they were super busy. Breakfast the next morning had a great variety & was hot & delicious. We've found a new hotel when we go to Branson!

Not happy with my Branson Shows.com trip. All the hotels I could have picked to stay in I picked this place. Smells like mold, wallpaper coming off the the walls, tile cracked in the bathroom mattress sags in the middle. When I ask for another room or if we can change out the mattresses I was told they don't have...

Really nice staff and will be staying again if we return to Branson. Very clean room and the bed was so comfortable. Loved that it had the...

In Apr 2011 we stayed at the 'sister' hotel Branson Towers on Shepard of the Hills for a week and had a good stay, so we thought we'd try this location on our first return trip to Branson. Couldn't believe there were smoking 'stations' right outside all the non-smoking rooms. Why?? First two days/nights someone was constantly smoking outside our...

First of all the room had a very bad odor, good thing I brought some air freshener. There was crud on shower wall. Coffee pot was dirty. Ironing board had cob webs on it. Elevator dirty, something was spilled on the floor and I will say that they did clean that up before we returned to our room that evening....

Our bus load of people stayed here. Always stay here while in Branson. The rooms are clean. They have a breakfast buffet. There is also a McDonalds close by. A grocery store and Walmart within walking distance. They also have an indoor pool. I would definitely stay here again.
