The hotel is well located in the middle of Branson, just off of the main east-west road (Route 76) through town. The interior looks a little dated and run down, but not too bad. The only real problem we had was that we could never get more than one of our key cards to work (and sometimes neither one worked). The front desk staff were only minimally helpful with this problem; the maintenance worker on duty was much more helpful. The room (with 2 Queen beds) was a little cramped, but not too bad. The "grab & go" breakfast had a few to many sweets for our taste, but was better than nothing. The room rate was a steal...so we would be glad to stay there again if we come back and if we could get a similar rate.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Nobody could sleep in them. Kids running the halls all night. Pool had nothing but teenagers knocking my wife in the head with balls, and diving and jumping in the 5 and 1/2 ft deep end, constantly splashing us. The whirlpool was not a jacuzzi or a whirlpool... there were no jets. It was just like a warm tub to sit in. Mattress’s were the worst part of the experience. Rooms were small and cramped.

We have stayed at this property several times and the staff has done everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. I do admit that parts of the hotel needs updated. When we stayed this time we were in one of the outdated rooms but it was still very clean. When I told them after one night stay that we were disappointed, the front desk woman immediately moved us to a different room. We were very satisfied with the caring way they handled the problem. They were very busy due to a baseball tournament but that did not stop them for making it right. We will stay again

i booked this hotel based solely on what was shown online. When we arrived, it was a little less than expected. The rooms are small and the property is not well maintained. The hot tub was not working when we were there, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and their continental breakfast (because of covid) is a snack bag. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights. We left after the first night and checked into a different hotel. Very poor and misleading ratings.

If you really can't afford the Hilton or any other hotel, your stay here won't be revolting. However, if you can - this hotel should be avoided. The interior (both lobby and rooms) are extremely dated and smelly, frankly. The majority of the parking is down a steep incline. No bars of soap on the premises - only pump bottles in the bathrooms and showers. While the rooms are generally spacious and the beds are large, they are not clean. I am grateful I found the massive red stain on my comforter while I was packing to leave. I had to pick hairs off of a lot of surfaces and the televisions are small. My shower curtain was ripped at the seams. No complimentary breakfast because of COVID-19, you are handed a box of snacks instead. Don't even attempt to turn on your AC in the room, the whole room will smell very foul. The cons far outweigh the pros. At least the staff was nice but if you really want to have peace of mind about the establishment you're staying in, go to the Hilton or something.
