My family of four stayed 5 nights the end of July/early August for my husband's meeting. The first night was on our own dime so we stayed in the cheapest room category of 2 Queen Beds. That room was underwhelming, small, and the headboard had a huge rip that was an eyesore in the room. The next day we switched to the nicer room category of "1 King Bed Deluxe with Sofabed". They allowed us to switch rooms directly without any wait time in between. It was a very nice room and the right size for 4 people for 4 days. That room was super expensive, but so much nicer. It was 2 rooms. One entered to the first room with a half bath (sink and toilet), sofa bed (was big enough for adult and child), 4 chairs and table, side chair, TV, lamps, and kitchenette. The kitchenette was one wall. It had a full size refrigerator with icemaker, sink, dishwasher (I think), coffee maker, silverware, afew plates and mugs. Came with paper towels, coffee, dishwasher soap. I had brought a trash bag because they don't clean rooms unless it's requested so we just watched for staff and would hand out our trash and ask for toiletries. I recommend bringing own shampoo, shower gel if you're picky at all. The first room had a small closet also. The other part of the 2 room suite had a king bed, TV, huge desk, lamps, etc. The bathroom was large with a separate shower and large tub. The toilet was in separate room. So this room category had 1 and a half bathrooms. We left the curtains open to enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. There were 2 pools. Indoor heated and outdoor. Outdoor was large with lounge chairs. Towels are provided. So I feel that this Hilton isn't as nice as some, especially considering the price. You are paying for the location between the Brandon Landing and the downtown shops and along the lake ( that I thought was a river). The location is the selling point. Many restaurants and shops within an EASY walk. You wouldn't need a car once you arrived here. Please replace the furniture in the lobby it's in tatters! Those floral arrangements look 20 years old. Please update them. It ruins the ambience of the hotel and cheapens it. An entire remodel wouldn't be necessary. I wished the poolside bar would have been open in the evenings rather than just weekends. It was the middle of summer! The one sour note was on our last day I noticed on the back of our coffee pack was a used dirty bandaid. It was stuck there purposely, go figure. I guess cleaning staff didn't notice. We were disgusted and wondered how clean everything else was. Also the kitchen sink leaked and I notified staff upon checkout. They didn't comment about the dirty bandaid or sink. Had to pay for parking across the street in garage. At least it was close. It got added to hotel bill. The rooms face either the town and businesses or the Branson Landing and "lake". My kids brought their Playstation and hooked it to TV in the couch room. They were happy. I hope we get to return with my husband's business meetings.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our 24th wedding anniversary away from the kids. We stayed there 3 nights over Mother's Day weekend 2021. When we first arrived we were greeted by a bellman who politely transported our luggage from our vehicle to our room on the 12th floor. I parked the car in the covered parking garage and at first it seemed like a really long walk. Then I realized I could park at a higher level closer to the hotel and walk down a flight of stairs. The lobby was clean and fresh, and decorated very nicely. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean, large in size with a king size bed, loveseat, wifi, large screen tv and very tall windows with a great view of downtown Branson area. On Day 2 we discovered Level 2 steakhouse and enjoyed eating our breakfasts there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to my wife's food allergies. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet both days. We would like to go back and dine at Level 2 for dinner during our next stay. Since we were walking everywhere, the parking situation didn't bother us at all. The Landing shops were just across the street which made for nice evening strolls for shopping and dining. When we visit again, we would like to stay on the river/landing view side. Hmm now that I look at it, Level2 steakhouse has a Bourbon flight special the month of June for Father's day. My gears are turning already!

My wife and I decided to go to America for our 41st wedding anniversary. We have been to New York,Las Vegas and finally Branson where we used to live 15 years ago.I normally stay at the Hilton/Park Plaza group of hotels but as they don’t own a property in Branson I decided to treat myself at Branson. There are two quality hotels in Branson. One is the Chateau on the Lake who are openly admitting lack of services(due presumably to understandable staff recruitment issues). The Hilton Convention Centre however charges you about 300 a night but has minimal services they don’t tell you about.Zero room service(if you need towels etc just ask but nobody will service your room).Very early finish breakfast but full price chargesd. The bar is only open 5pm to 9 pm(no staff).Everything is cut back except the price.zon the plus side the room is excellent but you would be as well paying 100 in a poorer hotel or taking an Airb and b.I fully expect the bog standard apology but it’s not about apologies. It’s about fair value for a lot of money. Please tell Hilton Honours I am not interested in buying great value points until you get staff.I understand your problems but I feel ripped off

There are two Hiltons in downtown Branson, very close to one another. So, to be clear, this review is for the Hilton Branson Convention Center and NOT the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing just across the railroad tracks and across the street. Loved this hotel, and sad that we only stayed just one night here as part of an Oklahoma-Missouri-Ohio-Indiana road trip. Perfect location for exploring downtown Branson. And adjacent to Branson Landing, filled with shops, restaurants and fountains. We parked across the street at public parking, which as of this writing was $15 a night. Solid stay from check-in to departure, and that's after initially getting a fourth-floor room that smelled like sewage and being moved out of it. Check other reviews about the noticeable odor. Nice pool, but completely lacking in ambience. Hilton sadly recently changed its complimentary buffet breakfast policy for gold/platinum members (they're calling it an improved offering, it's not!) to a $15 per day per guest credit for breakfast. Problem is that the buffet at this hotel is now $19.00, so I'm not sure where the improvement lies. That aside, we had a great experience. We're low-maintenance guests and enjoyed the proximity to everything, including the tourist train which terminates at the hotel! Starbucks is across the street. And definitely make the Five-and-Dime store a part of your visit. You'll love it!

Thank you for being our guest and taking the time to share the detail of your experience with our online audience. We strive to provide a great stay for all of our guests and really appreciate when guests take the time to share their perception. We thank you for working with us for a solution due to the challenge in your first room and will have our team follow up in this area. The continental breakfast was the option previous to the change to the food and beverage credit at our properties. We know this is not for everyone but overall many guests have expressed they like the option to apply the credit to dinner, appetizers or cocktails during their visit rather than just the continental breakfast option. We really appreciate your business and again thank you for making the Hiltons of Branson part of your travels. We wish you and your family safety and good health and we look forward to welcoming you back for a future adventure exploring Branson Landing and other offerings in the Branson area.

This hotel is far the best I have ever stayed in Branson. The service from front desk was great. Every day someone said hi and can we get you anything. Food at Level 2 was outstanding and our waiter was the best. I will make this my Hotel every trip.

I was so pleased with how nice and friendly all the staff was. The glamour of the hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was perfect for our 11 year wedding anniversary. It was clean and so nice. The view was so beautiful I highly recommend the higher floors because you can see so far out. We have never had valet parking before and even though it was expensive it was a nice treat to be able to feel like someone of importance. The few times I had to call down to the front desk the greeted me by name. That is something that has never been done before. So please don’t stop doing that. All the staff was always smiling. Overall it was a pleasing experience that I am so happy to have had.

Read your reservation costs closely. If you book on line with a ‘Book Now’ price, know that it can change and you’re stuck with the extra costs. Also don’t count on the agents at the front desk to know much and will not be able to clearly explain Jack.

We are sorry to hear of your displeasure. The rate that is confirmed when you book is honored and emailed especially to our honors guests so you can always look at the emailed confirmation to confirm the rate you are paying. The hotel does not adjust this rate after booking unless a date change, or reduction/addition of nights or an upgrade to some room types is requested. In the advent of those changes those are confirmed with the guest and an updated confirmation email would be sent. The hotel does hold an additional $50 daily on top of the room and tax for incidentals and any unused portion of this amount is released within 7-10 business days of your departure. We did look at your reservation and it does not appear anything was changed from your original booking but if you have a confirmation email that shows differently we are happy to further investigate. We have some newer team members and appreciate your patience as they learn. We will continue to work with them so they may better explain to our guests and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you will consider us again sometime in the future.

This property is only concerned with their bottom dollar. They do not appreciate their guests or treat them well. Customer service at the Hilton Branson Convention Center is non-existent. From the valet to the front desk to management - what a disappointment to the Hilton brand.
