I liked the staff they were friendly and upbeat, but as far as the location this is awful, you can not pull in an out of lot due to traffic going to the mall.. The hotel was only average and much of it was worn and older. Example carpet.

Our family stayed here on vacation for four days. It was a comfortable stay and great location. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful! My only recommendation is to improve the breakfast selection. The same options were served each day.

Absolutly horrid, the smell alone, our toilet didnt work, front desk was rude and blamed us for the fact they couldnt bring us new sheets. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else, i payed $78 for what i felt like was sleeping on a couch of a dirt bag who collects garbage.

Nice hotel, very clean, good breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. Each has a fridge and microwave which we used. We had a small problem at check in that caused us to not give a perfect score. The staff overall was excellent, the breakfast was good and lots of variety. There is a mall right there as well as...

The room was good with the exception of a slight soured smell in the bathroom--probably a bad mop or something. We mentioned it to the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in, and though they said it would be addressed, it wasn't. We just lit a votive candle to cover it. I was not impressed with the cleaning staff....

This hotel is older but has been updated. Check in was easy and came with cookies for each guest. The grounds were clean and in good repair. Pool was spotless and sparkling. The breakfast offered was ample with the usual hotel fare. The dining room is small with too little seating and becomes crowded fast. Our room was decorated nicely...

My husband booked this hotel (Hey, that's my job!) because he got a good rate and it was centrally located in Branson. This is an older hotel, and it has had some updating, but the updating is about to need some updating. The staff was very courteous and worked hard to accommodate guests when there was a check-in delay. We...

Very helpful lady at the front desk, gave good advice about local take-out eateries with gluten-free and other dietary restrictions for our large group! Free brochures available for all area attractions. Would definitely book with this hotel again. Directly across the street from the excellent Tanger shopping district.

I read some other reviews about the first floor carpet being musty and mildew smell well the second floor was just as bad. The bathrooms are very small without a sink in bathroom and it had a mildew smell along with urine smell in bathroom Thank God I brought my Lysol to mask the smell. I only slept under the...

There were several things that were not satisfactory. However, the thing that bothered me the most was seeing the pregnant hotel lobby clerk smoke cigarettes every morning, afternoon, and evening. That really disgusted me! The breakfast was nasty, the bathroom is very small, the towels were cheap/scratchy/dingy, the soap was small, the shampoo made my hair burn, the flies were...
