Very clean facility with the most friendly and helpful staff in Branson. On the opposite side of the heaviest traffic flow, White Wing Lodge is the closest lodging and has free shuttle service to Silver Dollar City amusement park. Nearby public beach, boat ramp and boat rentals on Table Rock lake. Close to Branson's top shows and restaurants and golf is just around the corner.

WARNING: IF YOU CANCEL YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. CANCELED OUR STAY A MONTH IN ADVANCE. AND HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND 2 MONTHS LATER! THEY HAPPILY TOOK OUR MONEY OVER THE PHONE BUT CANNOT BE BOTHERED WITH A REDFUND. Its understandable that it may take a bit since we did not use their awful new service BUT DONT TAKE MONEY OVER THE PHONE IF YOU CANNOT REFUND IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CANCELATION POLICY. Absolutely will not stay here again. This used to be our favorite place as a family to come to when we would go to Branson. However, the last 2 times we have come have been awful. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times, get the person who works there and says they have notified the owners, but the most they can do is give us an email. I have been to White Wing Lodge several times in the past. This last time, I booked 2 rooms (four nights) four months in advance and paid in full upon booking. 5 weeks before our trip...several family members contracted COVID, so we decided to cancel our trip. I called the lodge and notified them that we needed to cancel. I was told that the new owners would handle the refund. 3 months later I have not yet received a dime. I have called several times and each time I am told that the owners are aware of my situation. I sent an email a few weeks ago...still no response and no action. To say the least I will no longer stay at White Wing and I am currently looking for a new favorite getaway.

The guide book in the motel room 114, is the nastiest thing; I've ever seen. The pages are coming out & are filthy with coffee stains. this book has not been updated or cleaned & sanitized guessing for at least 20 years!! The woman manager is never in the office; you have to go looking for her if you need anything. The shuttle service schedule has not been updated ever, these are not the correct times. the A/C is set to a certain number; so if you get warm you can not turn the A/C down. I was given a very small sticky not with numbers on it & was told these #'s will get you into your room. I tried & tried & it finally worked; when I figured out you have to push the button on top before pushing numbers.

First of all the location is awesome if you are going to Silver Dollar City. Everyone heads one way and you get to go the opposite and we were .3 miles from the front door of the hotel. Positives - Bigger rooms, great bedding, ect.. Negative - how about hot water. The manager said we needed to run the water for 10 minutes to get Hot Water and honestly we never made it off of warmish. This is a big problem and seems like a common issue. - Second the A/C Heater is locked down and you can not make changes. That is a issue when we like it a little cooler Get the negatives repaired and a great location

We have stayed here for years, even when it was Deer Run and have always found it to be a clean, convenient location for access to the lake and SDC. The room is clean and has been remodeled In the last several years. Check in is easy, contactless -although some may find it a little bothersome to only have a code to open the door and no key. Also, reservations are only accepted online through a 3rd party and the hotel cost is immediately charged to your credit card. We were disappointed that they no longer provide any kind of continental breakfast when they used to have a very good one. We stayed in a kitchenette so the breakfast wouldn’t haven’t been an issue if we would have known to be prepared. We stayed here in December and they still had the continental breakfast so I guess tue change has happened since then. I would recommend staying here, as long as you are aware about the lack of breakfast available.…

While the rooms are clean and the decor is nice, the pillows are thin and the linens are old and dated. We used to come all the time but the new owners that took over are very rude and even more so when they receive a bad review. They are doing renovations and begin banging at 8 in the morning. There was zero communication given to us and no one to contact when we had no hot water to shower. No amenities but a shuttle to Sliver Dollar City which we were not told about. The best thing about them is they are next to the parking lots of Sliver Dollar City but it is no longer a comfortable place I want to bring my family.

First time staying here...won't be the last. Close to Silver Dollar City and the lake. Has cabins for advanced reservations... Big old rustic 3 story place, but mostly remodeled. Love it, love it. Very woodsy decor.

Looked at the rooms next to me and they were all nice newly renovated and I ended up in a stinky mildew $60 cardboard mattress room but I would like sleeping on the cement with a piece of cardboard in between breakfast was not good scene vending machines in was excited go at 11:00 to check and all there was was crackers in a vending machine that was out of order had to go to the gas station ice machine was dilapidated

We were looking for a place to stay near SDC that wouldn't cost a lot for just a quick weekend stay. There were 6 of us (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby) so we opted for the 2 bedroom suite. The building itself is being remodeled but some things seem outdated like the stove but the refrigerator looked brand new. The bathroom fixtures are outdated but everything worked and the room was clean. The curtain (rod and all) were in the floor when we arrived. My husband hung it back it up and it looked like room service fixed it the next day when they came in. Breakfast was nice. The pool was small but my kids still had a blast in it. For the price and location, we would stay again for a short trip but would probably opt for somewhere with more amenities if staying longer. (No working vending machines, elevator, had to get extra bedding from laundry facility, front desk closes at midnight)…

This is our 2nd stay this month. Our first stay was with our daughter and grandchildren. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. We were given a folding bed for my granddaughter, which she loved. The sofa made an uncomfortable bed so my grandson slept on the sofa. We enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was good. Plenty room and excellent service. Our stay today was just my husband and I. We slept nicely on the queen beds. We have stayed here many times and will be back.
