Detailed Reviews
We loved our cabin. I was especially impressed with the black face cloth for ladies washing makeup off around eyes. The first night I did not see it. It was late when we arrived and I used a white wash cloth and washed it out with soap. I only wear eye makeup, and my cucumber face wipes will burn eyes so I wash eyes with face cloth. It was quiet and really really nice. Screened in patio and large T.V. in both bedrooms and family room. Loved everything about our cabin. Scissors, pizza cutter, blender, measuring cup, potato peeler and of course coffee pot and toaster, even pizza pan were there. We brought our own scissors, pizza cutter, measuring cup and nutri bullet. We was impressed they were supplied. All the great activities there are something to go to. Our grand daughter did art and she loved it. Entertainment was very nice and relaxing. Take advantage of the activities as they are really good. Such friendly people that run the place. There was wine glass art, coasters, fan blades and kids craft. We will be staying there next year again. Sue Webber, Richard Webber, Jerold Myers

My wife and I spent the week there in cabin 23 leaving on 3/6/22. We did note that the upstairs toilet needed a cleaning, the floors were dirty and the fireplace did not operate, but that was due to it sitting vacant in the off season. Everything was promptly addressed to our satisfaction. The cabin was very functional, we did laundry with the in cabin washer and dryer, used the dishwasher and
fixed dinner several nights, there is also a dining room table by the fireplace!
The front desk people were fantastic to work with especially Jillian, and the housekeeping and maintenance people were prompt, friendly, courteous and good at there jobs. In speaking to them i could tell they take pride in their work.
The three bedroom cabin had a large screened in porch with rockers and a picnic table, this place can sleep 8 people with two bedrooms with kings and bathrooms with showers, a loft with two regular beds and a pull out sofa downstairs.
The grounds were well kept, the pool had just opened and was heated, we also used the hot tub. We enjoyed walking the dogs, checking out the trail that led to a beautiful waterfall just down from our cabin.
This is in an ideal location, private but close to many major attractions on 65 and 76. we saw the Haygoods show, Dollie's Stampede and Jesus at the Sight and Sound Theater, I have never seen anything like the Jesus show, it's a must see! If you are into nature walks or rides visit Dogwood Canyon it is Ozarks beauty at its best. I suggest you eat at Clockers downtown for breakfast!

Thank you for choosing the Cabins at Green Mountain on your recent visit. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again the next time you are in Branson. I had a chance to review the survey that you recently completed. I was concerned to hear about your experience with the cleanliness of your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests. We have discussed this topic with the housekeeper who cleaned the room before your arrival, and the Supervisor who should have double-checked the room, and given the room an additional preventative maintenance cleaning. I know that does not change your experience, but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern. I apologize again for the problems and thank you for taking the time to let me know about it. Without your guest feedback, we cannot continue to improve our services. We look forward to your return to the area. Sincerely, Roger Bennett General Manager

We went September 2 through September 7. There were two of us over 50, two mid-30's, an 11, 9 and 1 1/2 year old. The place was perfect!! From the minute I booked the place they were in touch with me to see if we needed anything. Check in was easy and Michael was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they offer activities there!
We stayed in cabin 130. It was amazing! Clean, modern It was a three room cabin and had a hot tub on the back deck! I was surprised that they included all the little details from extra paper towels, trash sacks, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap as well as the usual amenities. In addition, it had a washer and dryer!
There was so much room for everyone; we didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. The kitchen was great for making meals as well. There was also a charcoal grill a few steps away to we cooked burgers one night and steaks another night.
The grounds are gorgeous! We hiked around the area and found a bench by a waterfall!
Another bonus, it feels like you are away but is close to everything you might want to do! They do offer a shuttle for $5.00 a person which could be helpful. We had driven so did not need it.
The two pools were amazing as well! There is also a hot tub by the main pool as well.
The team text me every day asking how we were and if we needed anything.
I cannot imagine a more perfect place for a family vacation! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!

I was here to write for a week. First, they have the best internet of any place I have ever stayed. It is located in the cabin, it has 5g as well as 2.4 and it is consistent and strong. Doing research, this was the outstanding. My wife joined me for part of the time and it was perfect for a couple.
I loved having the gas fireplace. It was such a great special feature. When my wife was there, to be able to sit on the couch and enjoy the warmth of the fire place was romantic to say the least.
The best was very comfortable. We were in a 2 BR unit and we sleep upstairs. It has a jetted tub, separate water closet, and the biggest open closet you can imagine.
Parking is not the easiest near the cabins, but they have a huge parking right near the west side.
In the winter months, there really is not many amenities but, with the cabin, you don’t really need much. It was great.
I have always wanted to stay here since they came to Branson and this was my first visit, but it will not be the last.
check in was okay. The only allowed 2 people to check in and everyone else had to stay outside. It was a nice day so it didn’t matter. If it were raining or nasty, it would be a problem. Check out was simple.

The condominiums were spacious and up to date. Huge Television in family room was nice. We all enjoyed the screened in porch that included the hot tub. It was nice to know they had someone come in and maintain the hot tub twice that week. Plus, management was very responsive to requests for more soap, trash bags, detergent, etc. via text message.

The rooms look nice on the website and it was easy to check in. The room had 2 bedrooms and a fire place which was nice. The problem was while I was on the couch I had a bed bug crawl across my shirt. I looked all over the place and yes took pictures. There was evidence that the room had been treated before. I have traveled to many states and know how to be mindful of these bugs. This is the first time I have found them in a room that I was staying in though. I am now in the process of having a professional bug guy tell me how to clean my things so I don't take these things home with me. It has been a terrible ordeal. Yes, I did have the manager of cleaning come look at the now dead bug. She apologized and when I asked when the room had been treated last she said she wasn't sure. She was not alarmed or shaken by the news at all. It was and still is a traumatic event.

Thank you for choosing the Cabins at Green Mountain on your recent visit. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again the next time you are in Branson. I had a chance to review the survey that you recently completed. I was concerned to hear about your experience with the Bed Bugs. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests. We have discussed this topic with the housekeeper who cleaned the room before your arrival, and the supervisor who inspected the room, and we have shut down the unit for treatment based on your encounter. I know that does not change your experience, but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern. We do have an aggressive pest control system in place. People do bring them in to us. The process we take when we do find them is serious. Our housekeeping staff is trained to notice signs of them. However, they only come out when certain pheromones are introduced. You are correct this is a terrible ordeal. It takes months to shut down the unit and go through several treatments to get rid of them. I apologize again for the problems and thank you for taking the time to let me know about it. Without your guest feedback, we cannot continue to improve our services. I do apologize for my staff not responding to them a way you would think, but they have gone through extensive training and know what they look like and can spot signs of them in and around the beds. In this case we need to expend our searches to the chairs and sofas as well. I am sorry you had to encounter this problem. I know my front desk did refund the unit cost and I am sure it does not even begin to cover this terrible ordeal. On behalf of all of us at the cabins we are very sorry. Just know this is a isolated incident and we have taken the steps necessary to remove them. Sincerely, Roger Bennett General Manager

We enjoyed our week-long stay. We saw comments about steps outside so asked ahead for a location that was relatively flat. Ours was perfect with only two steps outside. There are steps inside but we stayed in the downstairs bed/bath and our friends took the upper bed/bath. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee and listening to the creek, birds, and squirrels. If you are there on a Monday morning, there is a fun breakfast at the Welcome Center where a number of the "lesser known" entertainers come in to talk/present their shows and tickets are at a discount. Our couch and chairs were ready for a replacement, but it was not a deal killer. Some restaurants are short-staffed (longer waits), so we chose to pick up take-out or some "quick meals" at the store and eat at the cabin. Very good option!
Will definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at Green Mountain and the accommodations, location and staff were wonderful. Check in was easy, I requested and received a cabin with a hot tub. The cabin was fantastic. There was a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a comfortable sofa, and to my surprise two comfortable recliners. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked.
The second night we were there, they had a dinner for $20 that included seven performers from the different shows in town. Sharon, the proprietor, must know everyone in town. The performances were great and we actually went to see one of them and wanted to see two more.
On Tuesday we went on a tour of Branson with Sharon’s husband that only cost $10. It was very informative and helped us to plan out the rest of our week. The College of the Ozarks was a surprising and interesting visit.
The rest of the week we enjoyed Branson, the cabin and the hot tub. Overall it was a great experience. The location was perfect, just behind the main strip but in a secluded tree lined area.

The Cabins at Green Mountain are amazing. It was raining the whole time we were there so we wished we could have explored the area around the cabins but the hot tub on the screened in porch was AWESOME. The location was good for us, close to Sight and Sound theater, IMAX mall and Dick Clark theater. The ladies checking us in were excellent, answered all our questions and communication was great. There was an issue when we first arrived at the cabin, but Kellie and Sharon had texted us before we even walked in so when we told them the problem it took less than 30 minutes before the maintenance man came and quickly fixed us up!
We were able to buy tickets for a show or two at a discount at the check in desk.
I think The Cabins at Green Mountain are a hidden and secret jewel. Did I mention that the towels are fat? There is a gas fireplace, flat screen screens in the living area and each bedroom, pretty stream running below our cabin(28) and tons of trees so you believe you are alone in the mountains!
AND, we felt the price was very reasonable for the accommodations.
Just book your next Branson trip at The Cabins at Green Mountain...they have several cabin choices for the number in your group.

We had a nice time while there. Rode the van to Silver Dollar City and really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to drive and pay to park. We have been to Branson every three years since 2002 and have a timeshare at CGM. We had car trouble while we were there and a new coil and 6 spark plugs cost us $428.00 so we didn't go to any shows but have seen several in the past. We were there about 12 years ago and everyone with us who got in the hot tub came down with flu like symptons except me, as I have congestive heart failure. My son and girlfriend didn't go to Silver Dollar City as they felt crappy, my wife the same, and her cousin went to the emergency room on Saturday and got out Sunday afternoon. No one came by to check the hot tub or leave a note if we weren't there. I contacted by phone, the acting manager and he never returned my phone call. I wrote a letter to him and that went unanswered. Three years later, while we were at a sell more timeshare and points from some young man encounter, I told him of our experience three years ago and he said " are you blaming Cabins at Green Mountain for your party getting sick? I said " duh?' I was the only one who didn't get in the hot tub and I didn't get sick.
This July while we there, a maintenance person came by to check on the tub. So things have improved on that item.
