My family just visited the Branson area for a summer get-a-way. We spent 3 days, 2 nights in Branson and we decided to stay at the Cabins at Green Mountain. We were expecting a two bedroom (double queen) cabin with a kitchen. We were very impressed when we got to our cabin (no38) to find a two bedroom (double king) with a really good size loft with two twin beds. The downstairs was really impressive with an adaquate kitchen full of what we needed to make our stay easy. The dining area was a lot larger than we expected with a large family style table to eat at! We were surprised with a screened in back deck with a hot tub! The deck also had rocking chairs and a table with benches to eat at. There was a grill that we used to cook our food on right behind our cabin. To say we were surprised at the amenities would be an understatement. We utilized the clothes washer and dryer while we swam in the pool that was right behind our cabin. The master suite upstairs had an amazing jacuzzi/shower with tons of space to spread out and not feel crowded. We loved the cabin and the value that we felt came with the price. The only negative thing that we noticed was the cleanliness of our cabin. Our floor throughout our cabin both upstairs and down was really dirty. The dining room table hadn’t been cleaned either. There was syrup still on the surface in 3 of the 6 places to eat. The outside of the blender on the counter was still dirty and our kitchen counters hadn’t been wiped down either. We would rank the cabin 5 out of 5! We were blown away at the size of space, number of beds, back deck, hot tub, dining/ living room, washer, dryer, and two nice size bathrooms. We would give the amenities around the cabin a 5 out of five. We were impressed with what this place had to offer! We would give the cleanliness a 2 out of 5. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our cabin. I would like to encourage the owners to check up on their cleaning g staff to make sure that these kinds of issues are addressed and the next guest is blow away! A little tweak and this place is a no-brainer re-peat stay!

Thank you for choosing the Cabins at Green Mountain on your recent visit. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again the next time you are in Branson. I had a chance to review the survey that you recently completed. I was concerned to hear about your experience with the cleanliness of your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests. The severe labor shortage has taken a toll for sure. I can assure you this was not from the lack of trying. With all the additional sanitizing is has been a challenge. I know my front desk attempted to correct the issues with your unit and was refused. We have discussed this topic with the housekeeper who cleaned the room before your arrival, and the Supervisor who should have double-checked the room, and given the room an additional preventative maintenance cleaning. I know that does not change your experience but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern. I apologize again for the problems, and thank you for taking the time to let me know about it. I wish my front desk could have done more to make you leave satisfied. Without your guest feedback, we cannot continue to improve our services. I have refunded half you stay in hopes this will make up for the poor cleaning and our lack of staffing. We look forward to your return to the area.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin (Cabin 44) for three nights (Tues, Wed. and Thurs) - family of three (two parents, one teen). First, as the most important issue of any accommodation, the two beds were both comfortable. Not Four Seasons luxury, but good qualify mattresses with nice bedding and very comfortable pillows (5 on the king and 5 on the queen). In addition, the towels were good and plentiful, plus the unit came with 4 beach towels. Wifi was good - had no problems with it and there was a stand with the network and password clearly listed. The kitchen was well equipped (plates, mugs, glasses, silverware, basic pans, can opener, kitchen shears , etc) and had lots of back-up trash can liners, a back up paper towel roll, dishwashing liquid, sponge, laundry detergent, dish towels etc. Clearly thought has gone into getting the equipment right. Water pressure was good, no problem with hot water. The cabin's space and furniture were all very comfortable and the lights and TV were all in good working order - living room area had a couch and two recliner-style chairs - all craftsman style, and the other furniture were all in good repair and attractive (eating table came with 6 chairs). Screened porch was a nice size, with two rockers and a picnic table that would easily seat 6. The area to drive the cars up to the cabin is a bit tight, so you need to drive slowly, and there was only one parking space by the cabin. There are no "grounds" to the property - basically the cabins are all scrunched together, and then there is the club house (which we did not go into due to Covid) and the small pool area (which we did not use - due to cool weather and Covid). But the place was very comfortable and clean, and the staff all seemed friendly. The steps to our cabin could have used a new coat of paint, and would have liked a stall shower rather than a bathtub/shower combo, and two sinks in the master bath set up rather than one, but I will take good space and a comfortable bed, over those amenities All in all - a positive stay - we would stay there again.

Very nice cabin was exceptionally clean. Check in was very easy. TV's have all been updated and were very nice. The furniture was clean but kind of ragged. We stayed in cabin 53 and the location was great. Would stay again when the get living room furniture.
