Wonderful stay in building G. I had a two bedroom apartment 2nd floor. completely updated. We had 3 TVs nice with Direct TV channels. Very clean and everything needed for our stay. Tv's were not smart TV so we couldn't cast any programs from our phones or stream any of our programs so, I used my phone. Down side was with two staff members not very helpful or friendly. I give a zero for that. But 3 other staff members during our stay were more customer friendly and made up for the negative experience from the others in marketing opposite room of front desk. I would stay again because the positive far out weighs the bad service from those 2 marketing guys.

It was a comfortable place to stay and relax. It was very close to town once we found the back way to the main road. February may not be the best time to visit Branson if you want to do a lot of activities, but it was perfect to simply relax.

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was great to have one and a half baths. There was lots of closet space for hanging clothes. There was a TV in the living room and bedroom. It even had a washer/dryer. We didnt use the two person spa tub, but it was nice to have if we had wanted to use it. The best amenity was the elevator. The only negative for old people was the children in the same building running and screaming like kids do. It would be nice to put families in one building and couples in a different building. Thats the reason I didnt give the resort a 5 star rating.

I favor this resort because it is always nice, convenient and clean. In the Carriage side of resort the one bedroom is spittle small for me but are nice overall. Have chosen this resort for single bedroom and double bedroom for over last five years. I have never had nothing but good accommodations.

Everything was good, lots of space. Pool and spa were very convenient. Our units were on the ground floor, also convenient. Lots of things to do in Branson and the staff were eager to assist. However, the drains and toilets needed a plunger upon occasion.

Only problem would be for elderly trying to access tub/shower combination. The unit was very clean and the one bedroom very spacious for a couple. Access to the strip was exceptional Quick response when linens needed.

This resort is in a great location and the outside surroundings are beautiful. Exercise room and game room are very accommodating too. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit! Pool and hot tub were perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful resort. Need more tables/chairs at both pools. It was nice they provided beginning supplies for the unit so you didn't have to go shopping right away. Parking was ample too!

I would give this resort a 9.5 to a 10. Located in the middle of everything Branson. Pretty quiet and pool was great for the grandson. We would recommend this resort to others and if we return to this area we will stay here again.

I stayed in F7A. It was more like a motel 6 room than a resort accommodation. The place was clean, but very small. It had a wood patio that needed painting. There was no couch or easy chair to relax in. It is very disappointing when you are used to other resorts that give you more space. It is not Branson quality.
