Gazebo Inn is the way forward!
When checking for good value accommodation we always scrutinize reviews for cleanliness and location. Gazebo inn delivered in this respect. It’s right on the strip so you don’t need to drive if you don’t want to. Pet fee is $10. We ended up staying 2 nights instead of 1 so we could enjoy the pool and Branson. I would gladly stay at a Gazebo inn if there was one available wherever I was travelling. Oh yes! They also took time to provide a heated breakfast which included biscuits and gravy as well as scrambled egg which other more expensive places can’t be bothered to do! The lady serving breakfast was a real gem! Thank you
Dear Greg M, thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. So thanks for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again. Warm wishes, The Gazebo Inn

    Great Location, Good Room
We stayed for a week at the Gazebo Inn. The location next to the Any Williams Theatre was within walking distance of a number of attractions. There are 2 buildings, we stayed in the lower building. The room was clean, however the room always felt damp including the bedding. I found this a little uncomfortable. When making reservation I asked about a discount for a weekly rate and was told only if I was a previous customer. They do offer a show ticket discount for the Andy Williams Theatre. They have way to much Plexiglas up in the office, It feels like a Pawn Shop and the staff was professional but not warm. (when you are in a fish bowl it does not lead to friendly interaction. Parking was no problem and they do offer breakfast. This hotel was nothing special and with all of the other choices in the area we are not likely to return.
Hello Scott G! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. We are pleased to hear you liked our location. I am unsure about the information you were given about a weekly rate as we do not offer one at all, we are strictly a nightly hotel. We do however offer a loyalty discount to returning guests, but it is 20% off of the nightly rate. I am sorry for any confusion with this. As far as the plexiglass we have up just on our front desk and it is up for the safety of everyone. We take our guests and staffs health and safety very seriously. We are sorry if our staff did not come off as friendly as that is never our intension. We always strive for 100% guest satisfaction and we are gutted when we miss the mark. We would love to have you back so that we could show you that we could do better. Sincerely, The Gazebo Inn

    One night stay
Very nice inn. Breakfast was fantastic with biscuits and gravy and eggs included in cost. We booked only one night because we flew in early and couldn’t get into timeshare. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. My first trip to Branson and would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay at Gazebo Inn. Kailee was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, pets are welcome, the breakfast was good, my children really enjoyed the pool, and the location was right on the strip within walking distance of food and attractions.

The very first thing that welcomed us when we entered our room was a very noticeable musty smell! We also noticed a whiff of urine smell (probably dog pee since it’s a pet friendly hotel) on the carpet, which indicates that it was not shampooed. The top blanket was also very itchy, and has a stain on it, but thankfully, we brought our own blanket. The 2 ** is for the lady who was in charge of breakfast. She was very helpful, and was so sweet. We will not be back!

Our room had a musty/wet smell which was very noticeable every time we walked in the door. The bed skirts were stained and now and then we'd catch a whiff of urine smell. The door did not seal, the chain bolt was broken, there were large cobwebs near the ceiling. The shower head was coming out of the wall, and the bathtub was streaked with old dirt. I know it gets humid there, but the dehumidifier tank was full upon arrival and was never emptied while we were there. We tried to deal with everything for the price, but on the 3rd morning we found what we were fairly certain from our research was a bed bug crawling on the blanket. We immediately checked out and informed the office. They said they could have maintenance look at it but that we could not have a refund for the two remaining nights because it was "pre-booked" (through Trip Advisor). We did end up getting refunded for one night though, after talking to Trip Advisor. Housekeeping was good with refreshing towels every day, and the lady who served breakfast in the morning was very sweet (nice complimentary breakfast). Cute but small outdoor pool. You could tell housekeeping tries to do the basic cleaning every day, but I think the rooms need to be updated/fixed/deep cleaned. If you want to be right on the strip, this hotel is conveniently located.

Been staying here for years and appreciate the pet friendly staff and grounds. They’ve made some updates that have made the place more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast had hot biscuits and gravy along with fresh made waffles and scrambled eggs. Everything was good and recommend it for a free breakfast. The location is prime for shopping, shows and food. You’re going to enjoy staying here!

Room had an overpowering musty/moldy/sour smell, bathroom sink was cracked, shower/tub was discolored, sheets smelled strongly of bleach, and pool was covered in algae. Breakfast was also pretty bad. Only redeeming quality was being on the strip within walking distance to everything. Pretty sad that owners do not take care of this property.

Let me start with April in the breakfast room. She is THE bright spot in this place. Room is in need of major redo. We stayed in room 201. Wouldn't let kids shower because it's not trustworthy. Scalding may be possible, henceforth warning lable at sink and tub. Room was hot and stuffy, slight odor. TV only certain buttons worked. Not truly clean in bathroom around edges. Last night's receptionist not friendly, not rude either. You can walk the strip easy enough.

This visit was to be a family vacation. Unforeseen circumstances changed that. So it was just a getaway for my Mom and I. The staff here are saints. They did everything they could to accommodate us. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC works wonderfully. Small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board is the rooms. The showers have the best water pressure! Great options for breakfast!

We had a accessible room in the back building. Loved it. Was clean and comfortable. Only disadvantage is we had to drive up the hill and park by the office for breakfast because we couldn’t walk up the hill. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. An assortment of bagels and yogurt were also available. The room was great, the beds were fairly comfortable. The staff was very attentive and nice. Would definitely stay here again.
