Renovated and updated in 2017 with an expanded Breakfast room and Patio area, Elevator, carpeting, luxurious pillow top mattresses, desks with ergonomic chairs, large capacity ice makers, big 40 inch HDTVs with Free HBO, refrigerators, microwaves, curved shower rods, room coffee makers, hair dryers, electronic door locks, 24 hour security system for guests safety, free Wi-Fi and a delicious hot breakfast in our Bon Appetit Bistro with scrambled eggs, fresh baked waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereals, donuts, toast, fruit, juices, coffee, tea and milk. Also, added a new guest laundry and eight luxurious King Suites with Sofas. In addition we added two large exterior Gazebos for outdoor dining and gathering places. Our large outdoor pool features tables with umbrellas, beach towels and a sun deck for tanning and relaxing. We are situated in a scenic and quiet location out of the heavy traffic and not far from the 76 Strip, Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of The Hills, the Titanic, Historic Downtown Branson, Branson Landing and Convention Center, Outlet Malls, Music Theaters, tourist attractions and popular restaurants.

This motel is about like many others, it obviously changes names multiple times and without much invested into maintenance or staff. Made the mistake of trying to book on the fly and didn't look over the reviews very well. I failed to select the right date and so I had to re do my reservation. I was using a 3rd party agency app so the front desk clerk seemed a little upset to be having to wait on us to fix my mistake. The room smelled like it had been empty forever, it was musty and old smelling. The door had cobwebs and bugs above it inside. The beds were in good shape the same with pillows. The shower had a stain in the bottom that looked as though something had been glued to it. There were areas of torn wallpaper on the walls, along with other damaged spots. There area outside the rooms along the walkways had old cigarette cans which were poorly maintained and needed removed. The icemaker didn't work, the note said to go to the 3rd Floor, that one did work. Many of the rugs still display the name of "Yellow Rose" as does the internet. While looking around on the 3rd floor I found the gym room, which was full of AC units with the pieces of them all scattered. There was no breakfast offered and no discount or coupon for not offering it. Really not somewhere I would stay at had I not made the mistake originally and fully read the reviews. Not somewhere I would suggest if you expect some quality in your stay. If you can deal with a run down property that isn't the greatest and that is off the main road this might be for you.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have an exceptional experience while staying at our property. We would like to address some of the issues that you have mentioned. This property was built in the mid 1990's as the Yellow Rose and remained the Yellow Rose until September of 2019 when it was converted to a Ramada. Our 15 internet access points are in fact still named Yellow Rose and the Yellow Rose rugs are still in place in the 2 vending areas but nowhere else on the property. If you experienced issues in the guest room, our front desk staff would have been more than happy to move you to another guest room to better accommodate you but we cannot do so if you do not let us know that you are unhappy while you are still on the property. There are cigarette ashtrays mounted on the walls outside of every few rooms for the convenience of our guests that smoke. We are currently down one ice machine do to a mechanical failure and apologize for that inconvenience but as you stated there is an ice machine also located on the 3rd floor in the vending area near the elevator. Our fitness center is not open at this time due to COVID-19 and is being used as a temporary storage room for air conditioners that we removed from the guest rooms when new ones were installed. We are not currently offering our breakfast buffet due to COVID-19 for the safety of both our guests and our staff. The room rates have been lowered to reflect this and we have partnered with a local cafe to give our guests a 20% discount on breakfast if they show their room key. We truly hope that the rest of your Branson vacation was enjoyable and would hope that you may give us another opportunity to better accommodate you.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked BUT it definitely is DATED...when we first walked into the room there was a FULL SIZE recliner which appeared to have bodily stains on the arm 😵 to our left which only left about a foot between it and the bed. None of the furniture matched...the walls were very thin and you could hear everything. It is quite a bit off of the main thoroughfare as well. Although the hotel told us when we checked out no one was around us, we were awakened before 6AM by what sounded like construction ABOVE us...they said it must have been coming from the complex across the parking lot. Although many other hotels have begun having some form of breakfast due to COVID, nothing was even offered...not even a continental take and go... Overall if you want a clean and cheap MOTEL...this is a good option...

We are sorry to hear that you did not have an exceptional experience at our property. We would like to address the issues that you mentioned in your review. The room that you occupied has been thoroughly checked by management and there were no stains on the recliner that you mentioned. The recliner is located to the left as you said but is a larger distance from the bed than one foot allowing ample room for guests to move around. The furniture was all updated in January 2020 and we don't understand your comment that it doesn't match? Concerning the noise issues that you mentioned, we sincerely apologize but the only part of the room where noise can come through is the door/window area. Our walls and ceilings all have concrete in between to block all noise. It is possible, however, that if there was construction at the neighboring property that you could hear it because of the door and window not being noise blocking. Our breakfast has not been allowed to reopen at this time due to the restrictions by the Taney County Health Department concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. We are monitoring this closely and will be resuming breakfast as soon as is allowed.

It was a great experience. The room was clean, the workers were nice, the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice, and the overall experience was great. I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

We needed a single night stay on December 27 and we stopped to check if they had any available rooms around 4, the lady behind the desk was very pleasant and helpful and got us checked right into our room. The motel isn't anything fancy, typical hotel room but it's clean and comfortable. The young lady working in the breakfast area on Saturday morning was excellent, she kept everything full and fresh. We'd stay here again.

Less than 2 hours after checking in, we had already encountered several bedbugs. Fortunately, we were able to kill one & take it to the night manager (I think his name may have been Jeff). We told him we wouldn't be staying & requested a refund. He knew exactly what it was when I showed him & apologized profusely, but said contact Priceline for refund. After repeated tries, Priceline was not able to get the owner, Ken Patel, to issue a refund. They advised me to call & try. I spoke to Tammy (last name was refused), who identified herself as the manager. She was very unprofessional & short with me. She insisted it was a beetle (beetles have wings, these bedbugs did not have wings, nor other beetle identifiers). Tammy would not tell me how to escalate this matter. This was the bedbug we were able to capture most intact, so we photographed it & took the bedbug to the front desk. There were many in the room & easily identified as bedbugs, not beetles. Very sad that Ken Patel gave such a brush off answer & refused a refund. This is not the way to take care of your customers. It doesn't represent him, nor Ramada/Wyndham in a positive light. Even if it wasn't a bedbug, why would you not issue a refund on a room the customers did not stay in, if it was infested by ANY kind of bug?

We are sorry to hear that you feel that the matter that you mentioned was not handled professionally. The guest room that you occupied was inspected by multiple qualified employees and not a single bug or even a trace of any kind was found in the room by anyone. The one bug that you did find was in fact identified as a beetle and are common in this part of Missouri. The room in question has in fact been rented since without one incident or report of anything wrong by any guests. We hope that the remainder of your Branson vacation was enjoyable!
