I am by no means a snob when it comes to hotels or motels BUT I can best sum up the experience as indoor camping. The bed was terrible, broken chairs, dirty sink, dirty tub, bugs in the bathroom, a dollhouse size microwave with matching fridge, TV circa 1980 fuzzy/bad picture. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs to walk...

Called about prices. Who ever I spoke too was very rude. Even at one point said to me that maybe I'd be better off trying to find somewhere else to stay. Well obviously since he clearly wasn't giving me the time of day, I will be. I'm completely shocked with how I was spoken to. No wonder this place has...

Room was nice, manager was absolutely horrible, rude, unfriendly, and uncooperative. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all even though room was empty all day. When reported to manager, no apology given, instead got defensive and made comments that nothing to do with the issue about the room not getting cleaned. I will never visit this hotel again as...

Room was dirty, toilet didn't flush unless you took the top off and flushed it manuaaly, just outdated and run down. I slept on top of the top sheet with my clothes on. Breakfast was an even bigger joke. Could not eat the waffles, and watered down coffee. Would have rather slept in the vehicle..

Stayed here with wife and children. A very average place thrifty owners,do the least and reap the most business plan. The rooms were spacious enough but I trust maintenance is not their forte. The staff are either the owners or untrained professionals. The breakfast could definitely be served in a more spacious area. We were jostled like cattle in a...

Bathrooms not clean. Had leaking toilet and owner said it was just the humidity. Refrigerator froze everything. Told owner and his response was most complaints was refrigerators didn't get cool enough. I removed items and after returning to room, items had been returned to refrigerator. We assumed the owner had located a thermostat on the back. The next morning, we...

Positives -- very good wifi, cold airconditioner, clean rooms, location away from busy "strip", brick walls between rooms to lessen noise, $50. per night. Negatives -- fluctuating hot and cold showers, not flat screen TV, breakfast waffle maker does not work properly. Door to room keep jamming, needs some work.

The name of the hotel is "Best Value Inn" and this is exactly what it is. Combination of the price ($49 per night), the location and the service makes it one of the best places to stay in Branson, MO. I was traveling by myself and did not wish to pay a lot, so this place was perfect. I am...

Manager/owner is very rude and hateful. Rooms are outdated, beds are hard, rooms are not clean. Piles of dirt in corners of bathroom. Breakfast area is size of one room, and rules apply to eat....we went elsewhere. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I personally will not stay at this hotel again. I will pay more for decency...
