Wonderful hotel . Enjoyed our stay . Clean updated . Great buffet . Staff were awesome . Location close to the 76 strip . Plenty of parking . They have an ice cream social three nights a week . I would reccomend to anyone
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Was pleasantly welcomed by a very sweet and smiling Kevin, easy check in, great and reasonable priced, beautiful, roomy very clean, comfortable king bed with lots of room with a big deep spa tub in a alcove in the room. Breakfast was loaded with options from hot to cold. A very welcoming entrance with the large beautiful warm fire place going, it smelled like someone lite a candle called"home sweet home" coffee/Tea bar for your stay. We've been coming to branson for the past 15 years, always staying on the strip, this is alittle out of the way by a couple miles, but this is my NEW stay here place. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!!
I first looked online for a hotel in Branson, most were sold out due to Memorial Day weekend. I found the Barrington had rooms available but a bit pricey. So I decided to call the hotel direct to see if I could get a better deal and I did, or so I thought. I was given a price of $80.00 a night plus tax. So i thought this was great I gave my credit card number to them and they gave me a confirmation number back for my stay. I wrote all the information down as the young lady gave it to me. When I received my email regarding my stay it was at a much higher price. I called the hotel once again gave them my confirmation number and was told that they had no information about the first confirmation I received over the phone, although the reservations are recorded. I was told a manager would call me back after listening to the recording. After waiting a day I never heard anything so I canceled the reservation and began looking for somewhere else to stay. After several hours of online searches and phone calls I could not find anywhere else to stay. I went back and booked a room at this hotel at $188.38 per night. I still have heard nothing from a manger. Now for our stay, the hotel is old and under some renovations. The front desk clerk was nice enough. I had asked for a handicap room due to I have problems walking. We were given a hotel room on the fourth floor at the end of the hall, last room. The room was fine nothing special and certainly not worth the money we paid for it. I have stayed in far cheaper hotels that were nicer and had more to offer. The breakfast is on the third floor and again nothing special there either. We had a great time in Branson but I will never stay at Barrington Hotel again. I do not trust places that LIE to you and then clam they have no idea what your talking about or even try to work something out with you. The reservation clerk was very nice and did what she could to help but no manger ever bothered to pick up the phone. Very poor customer service and leadership from the top. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone if you have a different option.…
I enjoyed my King Jacuzzi suite. It was nice after a long busy day to soak and relax in a jetted tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Besides offering breakfast they also have dessert 3 nights a week and we were there for 2 of them. Thursday evening they had cake, pie and icecream from their new icecream machine and Saturday night they had cobbler and icecream. They have a nice pool and hot tub area. Also they had coffee, hot cocoa, tea and ice water by the front lobby everyday and even had a tray of fresh baked cookies one of the days. The pricing is also reasonable. I have stayed here twice now and will definitely stay here again .
Very nice hotel for families in a great location off the heavy traffic “main strip”. We enjoyed the indoor pool since it was a little chilly outside. The soft serve ice cream and cobbler on Saturday was the unexpected treat that topped off the evening. We’ll be back!
