Thousand Hills Resort Hotel stands out for its central location, considered unbeatable by many visitors for accessing attractions. While the hotel boasts clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and appealing public areas, some guests have noted that the furniture could be improved. The amenities, including pools and breakfast, are satisfactory, though there are remarks about their limited availability and upkeep.
Service quality has been inconsistent, with both praise for professionalism and criticism for sluggish responses and maintenance. The rooms, often described as unclean and outdated, have been a disappointment for several guests, alongside mixed reviews on the hotel's overall cleanliness and value.

Very clean (no bed bugs as someone reported), employees very helpful and friendly, service is quick and good. Someone said you couldn't close room curtains, which made sleeping difficult due to bright lights all night. There are blackout curtains behind the sheers and inner decorative curtains; just look back in the corners of windows. We could not hear noise from other rooms; it was pleasantly quiet.

My husband and I, both in our upper 50’s stayed here for the first time. We usually stay at the Clarion but wanted to try something different. We had a room on the top floor (room 927) with a very large balcony, huge bathroom and a nice size living room. I wish I could say our stay was amazing…but there were a lot of issues with this run down hotel. The carpet was coming up between the the bathroom tile and carpeted bedroom which could be a tripping hazard to some. The paint was chipping horribly on our balcony and they don’t have chairs for the balcony so you must stand. The toilet paper holder and towel holder were hanging off the wall, the shower floor is disgusting and the toilet seat had a bad crack in it and when I sat down my skin got wedged in the seat crack and caused a tear on my skin. Yes, I do have pictures to back all of these claims. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the coffee in our room was very good and the large jacuzzi tub looked inviting although we did not use it. If the management would take care of the rooms as well as they do the beautiful lobby, this review would be much better I’m sure. We called the manager on duty and she complained about being short staff, which I am sure is a problem these days but still not an excuse to rent a room in this condition. Our total bill for 3 nights was a tad over $600. The manager did take $300 off the bill although I feel that wasn’t enough since an slight injury was involved. My husband will be heading back to the Clarion Hotel on 76 hwy as this is where we stay a few times a year while in Branson.

This hotel is clean, perfect location. I would definitely stay there again.it’s close to several attractions. My room has its own balcony, separate jacuzzi tub from the shower, very large bathroom and living areas. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed!!! Walked into a not a very clean bathroom, had hair in the tub. Smelled musty(not the clean, fresh smell you want to smell when walking into a hotel room) Went down to ask for different room, of course not one(spring break week) but they will call housekeeping to clean it up. Hotel so outdated. Parking lot is horrible, it’s steep. I really feel sorry for people who have trouble getting around and when it rains. Went down to eat at the restaurant, not very crowded but had 1 waiter taking care of the families who were in there. He was so overwhelmed, he tried but just overwhelmed. Food was nasty. Management if you want better feedback, higher & train more staff to take care of your customers so that they can take more pride in cleaning the rooms better and making your customers feel like they want us being there.

Terrible experience, the only good thing I can say about this hotel is our toilet did flush !
Our good friends down the hall has issues with theirs toilet for the 4 nights they stayed here.
The bathroom is so small that you cannot close the door if your sitting on the toilet!
The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained very slowly our entire stay.
Hard to believe this Radisson get such high reviews and is rated as excellent, it was much more expensive than other choices in the area. We chose it for the king size beds which were Not very comfortable and terrible pillows and No maid service for the 4 days we stayed.
I'm not completely certain all the linens were freshly change we were first received the room. They would drop off extra towels only if requested and leave them at your door in a white trash bag !
Very limited service we were told by our friends that the pool area wasn't very clean and it was very disappointing.
They do Not offer a complementary breakfast which offered by most hotels in Branson. Theirs is $12. We didn't try it.
They said this was all because of Covid-19 happening, but they had a packed parking lot every night we were there, they can surely afford to hire more staff and update this place.
The refrigerator in the room is tiny and the microwave is sitting in the middle of the hall near the ice machine- really!!!
I spoke with several other guest over the our 4 day stay, none were very happy with their stay at this Radisson and would never stay at this location again.
I talked with the hotel staff about our issues with this hotel and their high rates and they said they would pass it on tho the manager. Like that's going to help
Hopefully the Radisson corporate office will visit this location and clean it up, it's Not a great place to stay in Branson. You have been warned not don't stay here you will be sorry you did.
If you do maybe you can find out why one of the elevator is dripping water from the ceiling no one could answer ever that question for me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our hotel. I would like to start by saying that we do have maintenance and housekeepers here every day to rectify most of the issues you spoke of. We are sorry that service is limited at the moment, and is more due to staffing than it is due to and disease. We are all doing our best and hoping to return to normal full service very soon!. I will be looking into your room and doing our best to rectify the items mentioned.

We come to Branson once a month and normally rent a cabin but decided we wanted to start staying in town so we found the Radisson and this is our 2nd stay in 4 weeks. This time we book a 3 night stay over Labor day for our 24th anniversary so I booked a whirlpool suite, not cheap. We checked in Friday night, swiped our debit card for the full amount plus the deposit. Woke up Saturday morning went downtown and had funds missing from our account so we starting investigating and Radisson double charged our account we had a total of nealry 1000$ out of our account from Radisson which should have only been 425 for our room and 50 deposit. I called the manager, he said it was a mistake on their part and he didnt know why that happened but that it shouldnt have happened and I needed to call my bank and have them fix it. I called with him on phone. Bank cant fix it, hotel has to drop the charges, they charged the card they have to drop it. Manager said he cant drop the charge he has to get his money. He got his money, twice. Nothing got done, manager wouldnt help, Radisson stole our funds the whole long weekend. We set in our hotel room because they took our extra funds!!!!!! Happy anniversary to us, huh?? The hotel will keep putting it off on the bank to get it off their back but thats b.s., i worked at the bank 10 years, the hotel has to release the authorization. The manager could have release the 2nd hold, I know this foresure. Everytime we leave our cabin in Branson the deposit hold is released within 3 hours after we checkout, the same day, thats whats called "honesty" and thats where we will be going back to stay from now on. Hotels arent cleaning rooms during covid, i get that...whatever...we asked for fresh towels on our last night stay, they said they would bring some right up, I figured they would just drop them at the door, never showed. Hotels getting free ride off these 140$ night rooms and not providing any type of service

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our hotel. We are sorry about any issues caused by authorizations to a debit card over the holiday weekend. If the amounts still pend on your card, we can fax the authorization/payment history to your bank to help resolve the issue. I will also be looking into the information shared about not receiving housekeeping items, and we will work to rectify these things.

Room was dusty, sheets had holes, crack in bath room floor tile, crack in bathtub, carpet dirty, headboards not lined up with matresses and heavly damaged, water spots all over mirror and makeup mirror, hard water spots all over the towel rack, the duvet cover was torn and the comforter keept slidding out, back of bathroom door was rusted out, used a blanket as the mastress pad which bunched up bad, lamp shades knocked around, and big dirt mark on walls and drapes. Had to call the front desk as the TV did not work. Maintance arrived fast and was able to fix. I expected more from this hotel having the ratings they do. This was my first time staying at this hotel chain and will be my last. We stayed at a Sleep Inn our first night of our trip and there rooms were spotless, had an actual matress pad and beding that was for the bed. We stayed 4 nights here wish we had not, Sleep Inn was much better. Sleep Inn even had breakfast for us. We were not told of any breakfast here or offered any. We were not told were the ice machines were or the pool. We had to search around to find. Very disappointing, i would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Came to Branson for a Family getaway. We stayed in the Radisson for three nights. We didn’t get any maid service and after it was all said and done, they said we had to request maid service to get it rather than telling us that before hand. Then, when requesting more towels due to the maid not restocking our towels, I was told that I had to come down to the desk to get them. When getting them from the front desk there was no other customers and three employees including a manager standing there so it can’t be said that they were too busy to bring them. Just too lazy. Then we decided to try their breakfast THAT THEY CHARGE FOR. The food is what you would get at a Super 8’s continental breakfast. Actually, super 8 would provide better food. Saying their food is trash is not sufficient enough to describe it. Other than that, the hotel is clean and nice. I probably won’t every stay here again and I don’t think I would recommend anyone to them.

A leisure 4-day visit to Branson for pleasure was made much better by our stay at the Thousand Hills Resort Hotel. The accommodations and the location near all our activities made this the perfect place for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and I would certainly stay here again. The only "inconvenience" we experienced was the ice machine on the first floor was not in service. Hey, things happen. We requested additional towels and wash clothes the last night about 11:30 pm and they were promptly delivered to our door by security. As we left our room to check out, the room service lady, who was cleaning a room down the hall, greeted us very pleasantly and said she "hoped we found our stay enjoyable." We did and mostly because of the staff members just like her!

We came here for my boys to play baseball at the Ballparks of America Memorial Weekend. We got a great deal on the hotel through the tournament, $99! Can't beat that price! Defiantly worth the price! I did go on their website just to compare prices and the room rate was $179 for that weekend. I wouldn't have paid that much.
We had free breakfast coupons and loved the breakfast!!! Hot breakfast and cold available. Biscuits & gravy, bacon, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, grits, muffins, cereal, fruit and yogurt. If we didn't have the coupons the price was $12.99. I'll let you decide whether or not you want to pay the price.
No room service due to COVID. I was fine with calling down for extra towels and they deliver to your room and leave at your door. Worked out great! I would expect out of a 3 night stay for them to at least come in your room 1 time and take out the trash. That would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.
The bathroom is pretty small, but the shower temperature and pressure was AMAZING!!!!
Beds were super comfy!! They gave us 3-4 small pillows per bed. The decor was a little outdated but that doesn't bother me what so ever. The room and bathroom was clean and very comfortable. AC worked great in the room also
The hotel was very clean at all times! The pool was open until midnight for kids and then midnight-2:00am for Adults only and that worked out PERFECT!!!! They always had plenty of towels for the kids and the pool was an indoor/outdoor pool. No complaints. Maybe a little too much chlorine but that happens at almost all hotels.
Overall this hotel was worth it and I would stay there again. Now if I had to pay the $179 a night, no way. It's not worth that price tag. But it was Memorial Day Weekend and hotel do raise their prices during holiday weekends. Great hotel, comfy beds, and very clean! Would recommend.

I can not answer on any of the renovations, sorry. I would give this Resort 3-4 stars. There is a restaurant onsite but I do not believe that they have a true room service.
I didn’t see any pets. I don’t believe so
The smallest size of mini fridge. 1.6 cu. ft.
No freezer. We're staying three nights so the two of us will need to bring a cooler.
We do not have a complimentary breakfast at our facility, but the Wildwood Bistro has began serving our full service breakfast buffet once again!
